And so this was the result! I drew Chelsea in a black dress with white dots. This is, of course, a reference to Monarch butterflies and their black bodies filled with white dots. Of course, this is still just a concept; a work in progress. Not sure if it's official. What do you think?

Also, I brightened the orange on the bottom half wings, much like how real Monarch butterflies' bottom half wings are brighter than the top half wings. Does this look good to you?
