Annotations:

• Take it as it is. Don't ask for anything what's not included.
• Several textures are upscaled version of the original ones.
• All Walls and the ceiling are switchable via optional items.
  
• The chairs are rotatable and limited moveable.
• Since downloads stats aren't available any more, I put the file in my sta.sh.
  
• This is for XPS only, no porting to other programs!
