Not much to say about Paul, as he's something of an enigma on official records as an assaultman and explosives ordinance specialist. The only thing notable in his file is that he set a record for the amount of C12 used in such a confined space aboard a Covenant cruiser. That isn't to say he isn't without his fair share of good will from the people he's served with. Highly charismatic, he's quick to make friends wherever he is, and above all he carries high praise from UNSC combat personnel that have had to utilize his skills over the course of several engagements. Friend to all, nightmare to most, he likes to make noise and aggressively dismantle most problems once given the blessing by his team lead.
