I actually had to cut back on Austria and Hungary's scene just so I could post, which I don't mind doing because it wasn't going to be anything big. But still. Based on that comic Himaruya showed us with Germany having that black-out and recalling Italy as a chibi, I totally think that Germany might be HRE. Or at the very least, a descendent/persona (HRE had most German colonies under his thumb; or persona like Prussia was Teutonic Knights for a while), like North and South Italy are grandsons to Ancient Rome. Im not really sure what to believe, but I have heard the writers have a happy ending for Italy and Holy Roman Empire in mind, so Ill wait for that before setting my beliefs into stone for sure.
