I know it's Felicia again. But her design is my personal nightmare and I had to redesign her and decide about faceelements for good. Now, the bangs is more or less what I wanted for her but still need to decide on the lenght and exact shape. Her back hair are done but the diadem supposed to lay more on her head then behind it (like in her profile view) so you might expect another redesign XD For real, I have to drop her for now. Targa has so many characters that needs attention as well& Olle for example. Olle. I don't even remember who that was. It's because commissions and I also got half time job so I have two days a week to draw something for myself

In result of arising conflict between high elves and necromanciers a war breaks. Necromanciers have gathered their biggest elf enemies and using magic have separated a territory in elf kingdom (Sylfi) creating Raphar valley. It happens exactly 28 years ago (before the main story). The created barrier was called magical or mountain barrier.
Separated nations in Raphar are: High elves, Common elves, Humans (they are allies) and Necromansier, Orcs, Harpies (allied antagonists)

About Felicia:
She is one of the 5 Leaders, the greatest halberdier in Raphar. She
rules Quon and Erdamesh. She is married to another leader, Orion. They
have a son who is hidden in another town.

Felicia is cold, less emotional, cruel very serious and strict. Other then that she is very
wise, intelligent and full of dignity. She is deeply hurt by the loss. Also she's a workaholic. Probably
the tallest female elf in Raphar. Her hair are touching the ground if not combed. Because of a lot of legends about the leaders spread in Raphar Felicia is very popular,
especially among girls:
