1) start with your base




2) Duplicate your base, set to screen 40%

3) Duplicate your base, drag to top, set to OverLay 100%

 >>


4) New layer, fill with #021C3B -- set to exclusion 60%

 >>


5) New selective coloring layer, set as:

Reds:
C: -100
M: 0
Y: 0
B: 0


Cyans:
C: 100
M: 100
Y: 100
B: -30


Neutrals:
C: 100
M: 0
Y: 0
B: 0

6) Duplicate the selective coloring Layer
