I have found this one with the title Aiyoku to Ryoujoku no Intsumi II, so it's either the official second part of Genmukan or unofficial... or something third about what i don't even have a clue:) The quality is not really great, the movements are kinda blurred...
Plot: Kido is a private detective. One day, he receives a job offer. It is just to guard his client. He tries to refuse it, but Mei, Kido's partner, tells him to accept it. Kido reluctantly accepts the offer and visits the client's house. There lives the daughter of the client Ayano, a butler, a janitor, a live-in maid and Ayano's home tutor. Kido doesn't know what to do, but he gradually gets to know the secret of the family...
