Cake Prague  this chocolate cake is very famous in our country since the days of the USSR and he love each family.


Some believe that the name comes from the capital of the Czech Republic. But its not. National recipes from the Czech Republic this delicacy is missing. The recipe for the cake Prague was invented by head pastry shop of the famous Moscow restaurant Prague V. M Guralnick. Guralnick had invented more than 30 recipes unique pastries and cakes: for example, the cake birds milk.

The PRAGUE cake recipe

Ingredients:


For the dough:

3 tablespoons cocoa

2 cups flour

1 Cup sugar

1 tablespoon cocoa

200 grams of butter

1/2 b. condensed milk.

For impregnation cakes:

50 ml of jam

200 ml of water.

For the chocolate Fudge:

4 table spoons of boiled water

60 grams of butter

150 grams dark chocolate.


Our ingredients.

Start preparing the dough: in a bowl, break 3 eggs, add a pinch of salt and a little beat with a mixer.


Pour the eggs sand sugar and whisk until the bulk of the white mass.


Add sour cream, half the banks of condensed milk, slaked lemon juice soda is easy and fast beat.


Add cocoa and stir.
