Rosina Wachtmeister is an Austrian artist, born in Vienna in 1939. Her works are featured in the German National Library. From her bio, you can see she has traveled all over, and learned art from all walks of life. She is also clearly a cat lady. Which I can dig extensively. However, she doesn't just paint cats.
