USS Lincoln homeport is Newport, VA.
It has been stationed in Persian Gulf near Bahrain / Qatar for the past 9 years. Even when it comes back for service to it's home port, it still doesn't come anywhere near Canadian territorial waters.

The other thing is , All aircraft carriers (especially Ninitz class) do not come closer than some 50 nautical miles to the territorial waters of any country except US or country it's stationed in unless special orders are issued.

What do you expect of a ship that carries more firepower on it than the whole country of Iraq ? :)
