Keith Dudemeister, is the best of J.D.’s interns. On his first day he was very timid, with only one item on the to-do list he carried around: "Find courage to talk." With J.D.'s encouragement, he eventually grew more confident with his abilities. Ironically, J.D. took an instant dislike to him because of his newfound confidence. In one instance he gave all his other interns nicknames, in the face of Keith's last name. Since Keith started dating Elliot, and has been so for a year now, J.D. has warmed up to him. He has a sister named Denise whom he made out with in the sixth grade.
