The article itself deals with a certain problem in the sphere of economics, and I'm not sure whether we have any similar phenomenon in our country; but this phrase caught my eye immediately, because it reminded me of some aspects of getting post-graduate education:)

This could be the best epigraph for a chapter on conversion in any book on word-formation:) The article, by the way, is teeming with examples of neologisms and can be rather entertaining popular linguistic reading.
