В сутках всего 24 часа. Многие из нас хотят максимально использовать своё время и быть настолько продуктивными, насколько это возможно. На самом деле быть более продуктивным не так уж и сложно, если знать ценные ключи к управлению временем.

Итак, ниже представлены двадцать советов, которые помогут вам улучшить свою продуктивность.

 

1. Каждый день составляйте список дел.

Планируйте то, что вам необходимо сделать на следующий день,

Как приготовить блюдо «Гречневый салат с овощами»

  1. Гречку отварить в подсоленной воде до готовности и остудить.
  2. Адыгейский сыр нарезать кубиками среднего размера.
  3. Помидоры черри разрезать пополам или мельче, если у вас крупные.

Салат «Греческий» рецепт классический с фетаксой

Салат Греческий — один из самых популярных салатов в кафе и ресторанах, да и в домашних условиях, особенно в сезон свежих овощей. Вкусный классический греческий салат из свежих овощей с оливковым маслом и соленым сыром Фета (фетакса). Греческий салат приготовить легко и просто и не займет много времени.

Совет: когда будете нарезать сыр Фета на кубики, не забудьте смачивать нож холодной водой, чтобы сыр не прилипал к ножу и не ломался

Ингредиенты для приготовления классического греческого салата:

  • Маслины без косточки консервированные 20 г.
  • Оливки без косточки консервированные 20 г. (необязательно)
  • Огурцы свежие 50 г.
  • Перец болгарский (сладкий) 30 г.
  • Помидоры 50 г.
  • Сыр Фета (Фетакса) 30 г.
  • Листья салата 20 г.
  • Масло оливковое Extra Virgin 20 г.
  • Лук красный и зелень (на украшение)

Приготовление:

Каша гречневая простая.

Количество порций: 2

Общее время приготовления: 50 мин

Это самый простой рецепт приготовления гречневой каши. Гречка с растительным маслом отлично подойдет как основное блюдо во время поста. А также, гречневая каша - это идеальный гарнир и очень полезный завтрак.

 

 

Ингредиенты на 2 порции:

крупа гречневая 

1 стакан

вода 

2 стакана

масло растительное 

1 ст. ложка

или масло сливочное 

1 ст. ложка

соль 

по вкусу

 

Продукты для гречневой каши перед вами.

Как приготовить гречневую кашу:

Гречку тщательно перебрать.

Крупу хорошо промыть. Вскипятить чайник.

Гречку посолить, добавить растительное (или сливочное) масло.

Залить крупу кипятком, на большом огне дать закипеть.
