I understand! Gotta start building your equity. Have you checked your credit history lately? Starting this year it's free, you can do it yourself once a year. Pretty interesting information.

i have to do many things this year))
- get 401K started
- invest in stocks... 10-15K at least (learn all about it at first!)
- move to a different state
- go to school or change jobs
- work out 5 times a week

my credit history only goes back 3 years, since i did not have a credit card in college, but had checking account for 7 years now. i am about to apply for a new CC... i like to have 0% APR avery 12-15 months. plus my balance is 0 for now, and CC companies dont like that)

Quite a year it's going to be for ya! All your checking a/c will be reflected in the credit report. It's ok to have cards without revolving balance, just have a few and use them once in a while. What's considered BAD is having NO cards at all.

It's good to have goals and ambitious ones at that ;)

Ok, it's like you're listing my goals...except I just moved to a new state and opened another busines ( which would be just like changing a job)...
It's kinda funny, cuz even my credit situation is similar: only 3,5 years of history ( that's when i moved here) and 0 balances on every card. SO recently I started slowly charging them ( how pathetic: i need to use my credit cards even when i don't need them), because one of the deregatory items on my credit report is little use of credit cards in the last 12 months. Isn't that funny? I was so happy when I paid them all of, only to find out i need to use them again. :)
