I’d like to inform you that on 10/24 2012 Tatyana Lokshina, representative of Human Rights Watch inRussia, using Margaret_stwt account on livejournal.com wrote the following:

It’s rather clear that Tatyana’s words insulted me. I was insulted even more by the fact that she is a representative Human Rights Watch. Please pay attention to the wording that she uses. I insist on her removal from the position of deputy director of the Russian branch of HRW.
