self-made, ha-ha...orientation alright. :)
All jokes aside, the orientation was the day before I left on my vacation, and it's been sort of informal, i was just given 2 patients - one in am, one in pm. That's when my hands and knees were shaking. :) Yesterday though was the first day when I had my whole day booked up with my own patients, and it was fun. :)
2 days later, I still like my job. And that's all that really matters. The transition from school to work went much easier than I expected. Yay!
How's your job hunt going?

CRAZY_VENUS, it is great that you like your job from the first days. Usually first days are more stressful and then it gets better. But if you do like it right away - it's a good sign and it will get even better and better too :)

As to my job search, I'd say, it is slowly moving forward :) I had a couple interviews and recruiters call me from time to time, but nothing "lucrative" enough as you said lol :) So I keep looking. And soon it will be my turn to go to Ukraine for 2 weeks - so not much time left to start a new job before that... I'll search more actively when I get back. But then it will be Christams time and Dima gets a whole week off around holidays... :))) Oh, I don't know, we'll see - when something really good comes my way - I'll take it :)

self-made, as you've mentioned before, you have no immediate need to work, so you can afford to take your time and look for something really worthy. It is nice to look around and see what's available out there, and be able to find something to your liking. You'll stumble upon something irresistable eventually. :) In the meantime you can practice your interview skills, it's so much fun. :)

Maybe I should just start making babies instead of looking for a job... Just kidding :D I'd much rather work :) But I remember I said once to my girls-colleagues that I'd like to be a stay-home-mom with no kids LOL Everyone laughed and thought it's a very good idea. So here I am living my dream LOL :D
