It’s hard to overestimate the value of a good team and nice co-workers. It is one of the most important things at work. Makes a huge difference. Not many people can say they would be sad to leave their current job... Most people can’t wait for the day they will put a resignation notice on their boss’ desk :) I hope your new work place will be just as pleasant.
