Good range of menu, food was mostly good. Only one complaint the croquettes which were supposed to be ham and cheese. It has a great breakfast/ brunch menu and the best eggs I have had anywhere for years. The locals know about this place and it’s their little secret. We are fortunate to have this local gem at the end of the street.

A killer pizza joint bringing a slice of Manhattan to Mentone. Visit for 18-inch pies slathered in hot honey, super cheesy “upside-down” grandma pies and three-day garlic focaccia. Melbourne’s first pizzeria to be Coeliac Australia accredited. The cosy spot uses a house blend of gluten-free flours to make convincing, gut-friendly crusts. It even developed its own vegan cheeses with a small, non-dairy cheesemaker. Follow the red-neon glow to one of Melbourne’s best pizzerias, attached to an already-excellent neighbourhood bar.
A bit more pricey than the other local chipper but the quality is worth it. Not much more that I need to add to a local Fish and Chippery than the title , Souvlaki , burgers and fish were lovely . The only thing why they didn't get a 5 was it was a little slow...
