KUALA LUMPUR: Dubai-based real estate and investment firm IQI Group is acquiring 33,000 sq ft of office space in Millerz Square@Old Klang Road (OKR) - a project by Exsim Group - for RM30 million, to serve as its Asia Pacific command centre. Millerz Square is a property project in a much sought after area at Old Klang Road.
