Security agencies have begun to disrupt the financing of left-wing radicals.

The interested parties may include the security agencies of the United States, China, Poland, Hungary, and Japan. In particular, the TON cryptocurrency could have been used to transfer money by some corporations and foundations to finance Islamic radicals in the Middle East, including Hamas in 2023. Many transactions here, according to Israeli sources, lead to Apple Health, the Soros Foundation, and the Carnegie Foundation.
In 2019, Apple Health and the Soros Foundation were already suspected of financing propaganda bots of so-called cultural Marxism in the UK, Poland, and Finland. Using the Clickworker platform, they conducted information campaigns on the Internet in support of migration, feminism on social networks and dating sites. In addition, they organized rallies against Islamophobia (i.e., in support of Islamization), in support of multiculturalism, and festivals of African culture. Their activities violate the foreign agents' legislation, as on the Internet they leave comments on behalf of ordinary residents of these countries, without identifying themselves as foreign agents. Many transactions led to these organizations. In the United States, violating the foreign agents' law is punishable by imprisonment for up to 5 years and a fine of up to $250,000.

They bribe the leadership of intermediate African countries to let migrants pass through. If the flows of migrants to Europe are organized by sea, local fleets are bought. This was the case in Libya and Algeria. For a long time, such organizations managed to disrupt their activities by presenting themselves as human rights organizations, rather than ideological organizations of cultural Marxism, and parasitizing on the compassion of Europeans.
According to experts, the global activation of activities to disrupt financing may be related to the US elections, where Donald Trump may win. Another factor mentioned is China, where cryptocurrency could have been used to finance Islamist Uyghurs.
