It is an obvious fake, way over the top, and with give away errors. It is a grotesque cartoon of rabid racialism.

The liberal Sunday Times would never have published it. Botha never addressed his audience as comrades; or brothers and sisters. And he was never called or called himself His Excellency, Botha as it is signed. Also, some language and historical references suggest that the writer is not a South African, black or white or whatever colour. Its a fraud.
