Двадцать третьего сентября в российских СМИ появились сообщения об обнаружении массовых захоронений около посёлков Коммунар и Нижняя Крынка, двух близлежащих сёл в Донецкой области, которые за два дня до этого находились под контролем прокиевских сил. Сообщалось, что обнаружены женские тела со следами пыток и тело беременной женщины. Как сообщалось позже, министр иностранных дел России Сергей Лавров заявил, что в могилах в этом районе было обнаружено более 400 тел, и он призвал к проведению международного расследования.

Делегация Amnesty International посетила этот район 26 сентября и обнаружила веские доказательства причастности сил, контролируемых Киевом, к внесудебным казням четырёх человек, похороненных в двух могилах рядом с посёлком Коммунар. A standing army of 1 million inherited by Ukraine after the 1991 breakup of the Soviet Union has dwindled to barely 100,000. Analysts say even that figure is inflated. At the time the Russia-backed separatists began grabbing territory in March, then-Defense Minister Ihor Tenyukh told the parliament that Ukraine had no more than 6,000 combat-ready troops to repel the aggression.

The Ukraine contingent of the once-fearsome Soviet Red Army rotted from the top after independence, when senior posts became cushy rewards for political supporters of the ruling party. Since the overthrow of Kremlin-allied President Viktor Yanukovich in February, the military leadership has been a revolving door. The fourth defense minister in eight months, Stepan Poltorak, was appointed by President Petro Poroshenko this week and confirmed Tuesday.

Defense funding has declined to a fraction of its Soviet-era support. Ukraine last year allocated $1.9 billion for the armed forces, Defense Ministry figures show, only 10% of it earmarked for modernizing training and weapons. Russia, by contrast, spent $4.47 billion and has a standing force and conscription-age population three times larger than Ukraines, the CIA World Factbook estimates.

Ukraines last significant military exercises took place nine years ago, said Ihor Smeshko, former security services chief and now head of Poroshenkos intelligence committee.

In a vast parking lot frequented by more than 6,000 employees, the tiny girl inside a Nissan Leaf was left behind as her father headed in to work.

Within hours, she was dead.

Later, the father told police that hed forgotten she was in the car.

Though the tragedy that played out in Hillsboro this week is incomprehensible to many, research shows its a scenario that has played out hundreds of times nationwide since the late 1990s as parents and caregivers grapple with a growing litany of distractions.

We are all multitasking, said Jan Null, a meteorologist at San Jose State University and national expert in heatstroke deaths involving children and automobiles. We get out of the car, and we are thinking about six other things.

On Thursday afternoon, Oct. 16, a 38-year-old Portland man found his 6-month-old daughter unconscious and not breathing in his electric sedan parked at Intels Jones Farm campus. The baby, who reportedly had been in the hot car for about six hours, was pronounced dead a short time later at Tuality Community Hospital. Autopsy results are pending, but hyperthermia is usually the cause of death in such cases.

Hillsboro police, who have not identified the family or disclosed whether any charges are pending, said that the father told officers he wasnt operating on his usual schedule. He had taken his daughter to the doctor, then was supposed to drop her off at daycare. Instead, he went straight to work, forgetting she was in her carseat.

A change in routine is among the most common reasons parents cite for forgetting a child in the car, Null said. Others say they were preoccupied or distracted by a phone call or other interruption.

In the United States, at least 635 children have died of hyperthermia in vehicles since 1998. In 51 percent of those cases, the parent or caregiver said they had forgotten the child was inside, according to Nulls data.

Sometimes the mind just doesnt register what it should be doing. For example, a person lost in thought could easily miss the exit they take every day on the drive home, Null said. Those chances are only magnified by a change in routine.

Fathers are slightly more likely than mothers to forget a child in the car, data show. That doesnt mean dads are more forgetful. Rather, its probably because their childs appointments and drop-offs are less likely to be part of their daily schedules, said Lauren Sardi, assistant professor of sociology at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.

The father doesnt normally drop the child off at daycare, then one day he does and forgets, Sardi said.

Texas tragedy

Though Brett Cavaliero frequently took his daughter Sophia Ray, known as Ray Ray, to daycare, the morning of May 25, 2011, was a little out of the ordinary. He and his wife, Kristie Reeves-Cavaliero, had overslept. The hustle to get out the door of their Austin, Texas, home was chaotic, she recalled.

Reeves-Cavaliero had dressed Ray Ray in a bright tropical dress her teacher had given her for her first birthday, 10 days earlier. Green, yellow, hot pink and fuschia flowers popped against the brown background. Ray Rays blue eyes sparkled.

The couple made plans to meet for lunch, then loaded Ray Ray into the four-door Chevy Silverado crew cab. Cavaliero drove away, planning to drop Ray Ray off at daycare. But instead of turning left, toward the daycare, he turned right, toward his office.

For reasons we dont understand, our tragedy originated with one wrong turn, Reeves-Cavaliero said.

Cavaliero worked until his wife picked him up for lunch in her car. On the short drive to the restaurant, they talked about how pretty Ray Ray looked in her dress that morning.

Then Cavaliero became quiet. As they pulled into the restaurant parking lot, he told his wife to turn back. When she asked why, he told her what he couldnt remember doing that morning.

Frantic, she called the daycare, then 911, while he called the office manager. Reeves-Cavaliero recalled her husband curling in a fetal position as they sped back, repeating three words:

Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God, oh my God.

When the couple arrived at the office, they found their daughter, purple-lipped and expressionless as office staff tried to revive her. But Ray Ray was pronounced dead at an emergency room about an hour later.

Reeves-Cavaliero was never angry at her husband for leaving their daughter in the truck, because anyone could have made that mistake, she said. The couple has worked with a host of therapists to help them cope and heal, which each needed to do at a different pace.

We were the only two people to really understand the depth of our losses, she said.

Shortly after Ray Rays death, the couple started a nonprofit focused on parent-daycare provider communication. Thousands of people in dozens of states and a handful of countries have since taken Ray Rays pledge.

Emotional scars

Not all stories of children stranded in cars end tragically, but the ordeal can leave survivors scarred. Ben Hoffman, a professor at Oregon Health & Science University and medical director of Doernbechers Tom Sargent Childrens Safety Center, has encountered many children in several states who have felt the physical and mental effects of time spent trapped in a vehicle.

These cases can have lingering effects on parents, too. Hoffman has encountered many in various stages of disbelief, and anger at themselves.

Its generally well-intended parents who love their kids, but get super distracted and make a horrible, critical mistake, Hoffman said. Its a common enough problem that it needs to be in peoples consciousness.

That applies to Oregons temperate climate just as much as it might a Sunbelt state. Many car deaths occur during temperatures in the 60s.

On Thursday, when temperatures hovered around 70 degrees in Hillsboro, a car interiors temperature could have risen as much as 40 degrees the first hour parked outside, Null said. It would have continued to rise and plateau after several hours, reaching as high as 110 to 115 degrees, he said.

Its a point Hoffman wants to drive home: Under no circumstances is it ever OK to leave a child alone in a car for any amount of time.

Implausible, some may say. Unforgivable, some OregonLive commenters have decided.

However, Hoffman doesnt think its right to criticize parents who, for whatever reason, forget their children in the backseat. Their grief doesnt need to be magnified, he said.

When we talk about injury prevention, we dont talk about accidents, Hoffman said. Berating somebody for suffering a tragedy is just not fair. We all make mistakes.

There is emerging evidence that ISIS/ISIL is coordinating military activities tied to upcoming US elections. Terrorist threats, downing of US planes and attempts to kidnap military personnel is being coordinated with political groups in the United States allied with pro-Israeli elements. There is further evidence ISIS/ISIL shot down at least one American fighter bomber over Syria and damaged an American combat transport plane, an Osprey, that later crashed.

Recent events, shocking to Israel, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, statements made against Turkey by Vice President Biden and broad criticism of Israel by President Obama, have made crushing the Obama administration vital to those groups behind ISIS/ISIL, traitors within the United States, America’s questionable “ally,” Israel, and those cited by Vice President Biden last week, particularly Turkey and Saudi Arabia

Background

Two US aircraft were hit by US built Patriot PAC 2 missiles and destroyed. The US secretly suspended attacks on ISIS targets as a result. Only drone attacks are proceeding.

The action, the use of “Iron Dome” missiles, or at least missiles identical to those the US had given Israel, is part of an attempt to capture any American servicemen or women in order to stage a public beheading. You see, ISIS seems to be working very closely with groups in Israel and the United States and has been “tasked” with embarrassing the Obama administration prior to upcoming elections.

A recent upsurge in the American economy has left extremist groups threatened, fearful that their plan to push forward a war against Iran after the upcoming 2016 presidential election may be sidelined. ISIS is a partner in this process.

Planes Shot Down

The planes, an F 16 shot down over Syria and a US Marine Corps Osprey, hit over Iraq and crashing into the sea attempting to return to a US aircraft carrier are listed as having been destroyed by a typhoon at Kadena Air Force Base, in Japan. This cover story, one carried in the press, is outrageously false.

Both pilots are listed by unofficial sources as recovered. Attacks are said to be part of an ISIS program to capture one or more US pilots prior to the upcoming American elections. Intelligence sources indicate that it would have been impossible to track the planes without “package” information similar to that Senator John McCain gave the North Vietnamese when he was captured after being shot down in 1967.

Air defense systems, in this case advanced American long range Patriot systems, range 160 km, had to be placed with advanced knowledge of the highly classified routes the planes were to travel.

Presidential Threat

Recently, President Obama was subject to two very curious lapses in personal security. An individual “stormed” the White House, entering sensitive areas, passing dozens of highly trained personnel and several security check points before being tackled to the ground. The next was even stranger. A “security guard,” in actuality a convicted criminal carrying a loaded pistol, got on an elevator with the president. His weapon and background were discovered only when his behavior became “unreliable,” brining attention onto himself.

The head of the Secret Service was fired but the message was clear. Someone powerful enough to pay off presidential security wanted Obama to know he could be murdered at any time.

The “War on Iran” Lobby Advising ISIS/ISIL

Sources in counter-intelligence cite the “cozy” relationship several retired American generals have with ISIS military leaders they had met when those leaders were claiming to be with “moderate” Al Qaeda affiliates fighting the Assad government in Damascus.

Evidence indicates that these former military commanders, employed by and Israeli owned news agency, are responsible for coordinating the “hundreds of tons of military supplies” ISIS/ISIL is still receiving on a daily basis through Turkey.

Many top US Air Force commanders have been fired, some prosecuted, in the past 24 months, including almost the entire US nuclear command. Other top Air Force commanders are under investigation for ties to extremist groups advocating the violent overthrow of the US government.

These officers, all closely tied to Israel, said to be politically aligned with gambling boss and extremism financier Sheldon Adelson and the infamous Koch Brothers, Israeli/American oil and gas speculators, are said to be involved in moves to deliver US pilots to ISIS for public beheadings in an attempt to influence the upcoming November US elections.

Origins of Military Cult Extremists

Major General Vallely US Army (ret) has recently threatened a number of publications that have accused him of acting as “godfather” to ISIS/ISIL.

Former US General Paul Vallely, a commentator for Israeli owned Fox News, has been filmed in Syria meeting with terrorist leaders. Vallely is accompanied by Israeli security personnel and is armed. Vallely, armed with an elaborate pistol rig, is shown advising military operations inside Syria. Who is Paul Vallely?

In 1980, Colonel Paul Vallely, commanded the 7th Psychological Warfare Operations Group at The Presidio, an American base in California. His chief of staff and close confidant was Major Michael Aquino, then head of the Church of Satan and Temple of Set, religious groups that practiced ritual human sacrifice. Vallely’s command was the center of the most sinister scandal in US military history.

“Throughout much of the 1980s, Major Michael Aquino was at the center of a controversy involving the Pentagon’s acquiescence to outright Satanic practices inside the military services. Aquino was also a prime suspect in a series of pedophile scandals involving the sexual abuse of hundreds of children, including the children of military personnel serving at the Presidio U.S. Army station in the San Francisco Bay Area. Furthermore, even as Major Aquino was being investigated by Army Criminal Investigation Division for involvement in the pedophile cases, he was retaining highest-level security clearances, and was involved in pioneering work in military psychological operations (“psy-ops”). Aquino and Vallely called for an explicitly Nietzschean form of warfare, which they dubbed “Mindwar.”

‘Like the sword Excalibur,” they wrote, “we have but to reach out and seize this tool; and it can transform the world for us if we have but the courage and the integrity to guide civilization with it. If we do not accept Excalibur, then we relinquish our ability to inspire foreign cultures with our morality. If they then devise moralities unsatisfactory to us, we have no choice but to fight them on a more brutish level.’

Satanic Ties to ISIS

Ritual Satanism within highest commands of the US military had become commonplace, particularly among officers who often traveled to Israel. It is this same group, many but not all retired, that the strongest support for ISIS/ISIL resides inside the US. Some supporters of ISIS/ISIL are openly Satanists while others describe themselves as “Pentecostal” or Christian Evangelist.

On August 29, 2007, an unspecified number of thermonuclear weapons were stolen from the nuclear command at Minot Air Force Base in South Dakota and loaded on a B 52 Stratofortress to transfer to an unspecified location in the Middle East.

That plane was intercepted and forced to land at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana with its load of stolen nuclear weapons. Since that time, over 250 nuclear cleared officers including America’s highest ranking nuclear commander were removed for varying aspects of “misconduct” and “incompetence” at the orders of Secretary of Defense Hegel and General Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Pro-Israeli news organizations cite the removal of these commanders and others who support ISIS/ISIL as “attempts by President Obama to destroy the American military.”

Biden and Assad

Last week, American Vice President Joe Biden cited Turkey, among other “US allies,” as being unwilling to follow White House policy regarding ISIS. Biden stated that Turkey was actively supplying “hundreds of tons of arms” to ISIS despite US protests.

Many around the world are confused, unaware the US had a break with its allies, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Qatar, over military support for ISIS, especially considering that no White House official, until days ago, had ever spoken out about the rift between the US and it’s “allies.”

What is clear is this, as long as the US government is “hamstrung” by threats, blackmail or blatant unwillingness to speak openly about vital policy issues, very real global threats can and will be seriously misconstrued.

It is impossible to understand ISIS/ISIL until you understand those behind them.

Sanctions. Again&

Russia and China, the two strategic Eurasian nations, are moving clearly to ultimately break free of the stranglehold of the Dollar System. On September 10 high-level talks took place between the two countries discussing establishment of an interbank money clearing system independent of the US-controlled SWIFT payments system. If enacted it would represent a major step in being able to defend their economies from Washington’s newly-developed weapon of financial warfare against a country that does not behave just as certain powerful circles want.

On September 10, Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov met in Beijing with his Chinese counterparts to discuss setting up a system of interbank international transaction clearing that would replace or could, in event of increased US and EU sanctions, replace the SWIFT interbank payment mechanism. According to Shuvalov after his talks in Beijing he stated to the press, “Yes, we have discussed and we have approved this idea.”

Russia is reacting to the current escalating financial warfare being initiated via Washington economic sanctions against key leading Russians as part of the current Washington agenda of recreating the tensions and confrontations of the Cold War in their effort to drive a bloody wedge between the EU countries, especially Germany, and Russia. This past March, under strong US pressure, the EU unanimously adopted a series of sanctions against key Russian individuals close to President Putin. The sanctions came as a response to the independence referendum in Crimea in which the vast majority, some 93% of voters opted to request membership in the Russian Federation and secession from Ukraine.

The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication, SWIFT, is one of Russia’s primary links to the international financial system. Bloomberg reported that on August 30, ironically just after Russia had proposed in Minsk terms of a ceasefire between the Kiev Government and east Ukraine rebels, Prime Minister David Cameron’s government proposed that the EU escalate its Russia sanctions warfare by blocking Russian banks from SWIFT clearings.

Were that to happen, it would be tantamount to a declaration of full economic war between the EU and Russia. The consequences for the EU would clearly be devastating, something Washington or leading Wall Street circles would, no doubt, chuckle about in a kind of Schadenfreude. Already US-imposed EU sanctions against Russia have begun hurting the German economy significantly.

Blocking Russia from the SWIFT system would be very serious and result in equally tough retaliatory actions by Russia. Excluding Russia from SWIFT would cause problems in cross-border banking that would disrupt trade.

News media worldwide reported on 13 October that Turkey will give the United States and its allies access to its air bases, including Incirlik in the south (150 km from the Iraqi border), to carry out air operations against the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria. The Associated Press, citing anonymous sources, reported that Turkey had thus far refused requests from Washington to use the Incirlik air base in the air operation against ISIS.

Incirlik is the largest air base used by the United States under its defense treaty with Turkey. Ankara has clearly not been able to resist strong pressure from outside, especially from Washington and Riyadh. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s efforts to keep his country out of the battle with the Islamists have ultimately been unsuccessful. Offering the use of its air bases does not make Turkey a direct participant in the hostilities, and Turkey has not invaded foreign soil. But one can confidently assert that it has taken the first step in that direction. And now the Islamists have an excuse for taking on Turkey, which includes bringing their fight to its territory.

In addition, the Kurds, who up until now have been the main target in northern Iraq and Syria, are in an even more difficult situation. The West proposed that they fight Syrian President Bashar Assad in exchange for security. The Kurds responded that although they don’t have much sympathy for Assad, he wasn’t bothering them and had even helped them by providing them with weapons to battle terrorist organizations. But the Islamists have attacked and brutally killed many Kurds, slaughtering entire villages in the process. And now it’s difficult to see how the Kurds are going to build their relations with Turkey and Iraq on the one hand, considering that the major Kurdish parties and organizations are seeking to create an independent state, and the West, which is sympathetic to Kurdish aspirations but cannot support the Kurds at the expense of its relations with Ankara, Baghdad, Riyadh and the Sunni monarchies of the Arabian peninsula, which are members of the anti-terrorist coalition led by the United States and many of the NATO countries.

The ISIS-attacked city of Kobani is located in such a way that heavy weaponry and ground support troops can’t be sent in without passing into Turkey. The Turkish, Syrian, Iraqi and Iranian Kurds form one big nation that has been divided by borders for hundreds of years. Ankara, of course, is not happy about the existence of an autonomous Kurdish state in Iraq. Erdogan fears that separatist sentiment in Turkey will grow, so he won’t have any objection to seeing the terrorists put the Kurds in their place, so to speak, without getting his own hands dirty. The problem for him is that the Turkish Kurds, who are a powerful force in eastern and southeastern Turkey, will never forgive the Turkish government if Kobani and its citizens succumb to ISIS. Ankara holds in its hands the key to solving this puzzle created by the American bombing of Syria and Iraq. Inaction by Turkey spells the destruction of the city and the start of mass unrest in the expansive and densely populated areas of Turkish Kurdistan, leading all the way up to some gloomy scenarios. Ankara would surely have to suppress the mass Kurdish demonstrations with the army, and amid the growing restlessness, ISIS militants would be fully capable of carrying out terrorist attacks in Turkey. Anti-Erdogan feeling would grow even in purely Turkish areas, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.

It doesn’t take a visionary to see how this would play out. The United States and Riyadh would continue to put pressure on Ankara, urging the Turks to send ground forces first into northeastern parts of Syria and then into Damascus. A few measly airstrikes are not going to win the war against ISIS. Of course, troops who are backed by air support naturally have a major advantage. But troops can only be employed if they are engaging the enemy directly in a ground war. There is no direct engagement on the ground between the ISIS brigades and the Iraqi army. And if there is no serious opponent on the battlefield, the side being bombed simply adjusts to the bombings and figures out how to regroup after each strike, which only strengthens its will to win. Which is happening now in the battle for Kobani.

Since the very beginning of the crisis caused by the success of the Islamic State, President Obama has stubbornly stuck to a policy of not sending American soldiers into the conflict zone. The White House is clearly not opposed to a land operation led by Turkey and Iran, as the Iraqi army has collapsed and Syrian forces are defending Damascus from the motley opposition created by the United States and Arab countries. But until Turkey and Iran jump into the fight, without American soldiers this war against ISIS cannot be won. We can therefore conclude that, in Obama’s mind, America can afford not to win it. Is he right about that? Most probably not. ISIS will never become a member of the world community. It is based on violence and genocide and will continue to resort to both because it consists of hundreds of thousands of religious fanatics. Syria and Iraq will be unable to resist if ISIS gains strength in areas it has already captured. The Iraqis and Syrians are fractured after years of civil and ethno-religious war waged by the United States and its allies under the banner of the “democratization” of the Middle East by means of a “color revolution”.

If ISIS is not defeated, then everyone will have to put up with an unpredictable extremist state with battle-hardened leaders and commanders, indifferent to the suffering of ethnic and religious minorities and filled with hatred towards the West, right in the heart of the Middle East. This new state would waste no time worming itself into Turkey, stirring up Islamic extremism there and fomenting unrest among the young with its jihadist ideas. So President Erdogan is now playing a double game. He has supposedly joined the coalition against ISIS, but he is not preventing the destruction of Kobani and is stubbornly refusing to allow the Kurds fighting for Kobani to receive arms and reinforcements. Erdogan is a Sunni, and he also wants to restore a neo-Ottoman caliphate to the extent that this is possible. It’s only natural that he has some measure of sympathy with ISIS, though he certainly will not become a “partner” in ISIS’s construction of an Islamic empire. The Turkish president hopes that one way or another, Ankara will come out of this situation in an advantageous position and with a heightened sense of Islamic identity. The defeat of ISIS does not give him the desired result. On the contrary, it will only strengthen Kurdish nationalism in Turkey and beyond. But once ISIS establishes itself inside defined borders, continuing the jihad is a matter of course. It will support terrorists abroad and will almost certainly try to get chemical, nuclear and biological weapons. In the worst-case scenario, the Taliban would return to power in Afghanistan and rebuild their network in Pakistan, thus ensuring ISIS would have no difficulty whatsoever in acquiring those sorts of weapons.

Would this scenario be acceptable to a Europe led by the United States? Not in the slightest. President Obama’s reluctance to intervene is understandable. The problem is much direr for Europe than it is for the United States, but Europeans don’t seem to want anything to do with it, clinging to the ridiculous belief that the Islamist wave will not reach the frontiers of the EU.

Nevertheless, an ISIS victory in the Middle East poses no less of a threat to the United States than it does to Europe. The effect is not limited to the economic realm. America would have to confront constant threats to its security. It would continue to lose influence in the Islamic world. If Muslim countries start to consider ISIS a legitimate partner or Turkey takes advantage of the opportunity to project its authority further eastward, the status of the entire West and America as a political leader will suffer greatly. The future of Israel will once again be in doubt.

At a Pentagon briefing on 8 October, the U.S. military was extremely candid. The Defense Department press secretary made it clear that the United States could do little to save the more than 200,000 residents of Kobani. Rear Adm. John Kirby said the U.S. could not defeat the ISIS jihadists who had stormed the city. “Time matters here,” Kirby said at the Pentagon. “I know of no plans for a humanitarian relief mission in Kobani. Many of the residents have already fled.”America’s capabilities for fighting ISIS are limited for two reasons. The U.S. waited for months without undertaking any action, and then, on Obama’s orders, decided not to send ground troops into the battle. But even a small number of troops in Syria and Iraq could significantly increase the effectiveness of the airstrikes. With his statements about the weakness of American military power, Kirby no doubt confirmed what Obama said later when he met with military leaders, among them Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Martin Dempsey, and Gen. Lloyd Austin, the head of Central Command and the leader of the fight against ISIS.

“There is a broad-based consensus, not just in the region but among the nations of the world, that ISIS is a threat to world peace, security and order,” Obama said at the beginning of the meeting. “Their barbaric behavior has to be dealt with.”

However, the Pentagon press secretary tried to explain that the city is doomed to fall because of the limited potential for using air power and the absence of allies in and around Kobani. “Air power alone is not going to be enough to save that city, and we recognize that,” he said. “We don’t have a willing, capable, effective partner on the ground inside Syria right now.”

“Airpower can have an initial effect on forcing them out of an area or denying them structure, whether it’s hard buildings or the infrastructure of governance that they have, or revenue,” Kirby said. “You can deny some of that temporarily from the air, but it’s not going to be a long-term fix. The long-term fix is… to deploy competent ground forces that can retake territory from them.” It will be a long time before that happens.

Of course, the United States could send in troops to stop the offensive. However, neither Congress nor the general public is likely to agree to that. The United States can’t defeat ISIS as easily as it routed Saddam’s sanctions-weakened army in 2003. Victory would require the bloodshed of tens of thousands of American soldiers. There is only one effective solution to the problems posed by ISIS, said Kirby. “What really has to happen, long term, is good governance in Iraq and good governance in Syria,” he said. “There is an element of strategic patience here that I think everybody needs to consider, all of us, all of you, the American people, everybody.”

Judging from all of that, those words can be interpreted with a phrase uttered 2,000 years ago by the Roman procurator of Judea, Pontius Pilate: “I wash my hands.” Washington does not want to get involved in another war in the Middle East, especially amid a new wave of global economic crisis, a sharp decline in oil prices, the protraction of the intense crisis in Ukraine, and so on. The American economy simply cannot hold up under the weight of a new land campaign.

Oil and Sanctions

US President Barack Obama, or at least the warhawk neo-conservatives pushing him to war everywhere, are beginning to get hit with the boomerang of their stupid economic sanctions against Putin’s Russia. A few days ago, Russia’s largest oil company, state-run OAO Rosneft, headed by close Putin ally, Igor Sechin, announced discovery of a giant new oil field in Russia’s Arctic north of Murmansk. The stupid part comes from Obama’s decision to agree to impose sanctions on Sechin and his company and to prohibit US companies from doing business with them.

On September 27, in a joint announcement, Rosneft and US oil giant, ExxonMobil announced discovery of a huge new oil deposit, the Universitetskaya-1 well in the Kara Sea. For more than two decades Russian oil companies had dreamed of tapping what they believed were huge oil deposits in the Arctic. In 2011 the CEO of ExxonMobil, the largest of the US giant oil companies and the heart of the original Rockefeller oil group, signed a joint venture agreement with Sechin’s Rosneft to drill in the Russian Arctic. Universitetskaya-1 flow data suggests a discovery of between 750 million and one billion barrels of high-quality sweet, light crude oil, worth between 7.5 trillion and 10 trillion dollars at today’s price.

The Kara Sea find is only the first in a region that experts say has the potential to become one of the world’s most important crude-producing areas, bigger than the Gulf of Mexico. Estimates are that the exploration region of Rosneft in the Kara Sea, Universitetskaya, the geological structure being drilled, is the size of the city of Moscow and large enough to contain more than 9 billion barrels of oil. The first well was the most expensive in ExxonMobil history, costing some $600 million to drill. In a great understatement, Sechin told the press, “It exceeded our expectations. This discovery is of exceptional significance in showing the presence of hydrocarbons in the Arctic.”

Discovery of huge oil reserves in Russia’s Kara Sea northeast of Murmansk give a major boost to Putin’s energy geopolitics and a huge defeat to Washington and ExxonMobil

Sechin said that production of oil from the Kara Sea field could begin within five to seven years. The field discovered would be named “Victory.” There is more than a little irony in that name. Because of the economic sanctions drafted by the US Treasury Undersecretary for Terrorism and Financial Intelligence, David S. Cohen, as of October 10, ExxonMobil will be forced to withdraw from the Russian project and incur huge losses or violate the US Government sanctions and face severe penalties. The Obama Administration has just scored an own goal (Eigentor?) with its brilliant new precision financial and economic warfare unit inside the Treasury Department. Bravo, Washington! You have just inflicted major damage on one of the largest corporations in the United States. When ExxonMobil did the deal with Rosneft, it gambled that the Arctic region, the world’s greatest unexplored potential oil region, could be the company’s salvation in terms of assuring long-term crude supplies. The gamble proved correct and did so just as the stupid Obama Administration bureaucrats imposed sanctions on Sechin and the Arctic project they intended to damage Russia.

Rosneft now looks to China

Now with ExxonMobil and most likely MorganStanley as the financing agency to organize the billions needed to expand the drilling next spring, banned by US sanctions, Sechin is turning east to China. Conveniently for Rosneft, ExxonMobil is forced out just after finishing the most complex and difficult part of the project.

On September 1, President Putin personally told the Chinese that he approved Chinese state oil companies taking a financial stake in a major onshore subsidiary of Rosneft, Vankor. It will be the largest Chinese equity deal in a Russian oil company to date. Until the Ukraine crisis and sanctions, Russia had jealously limited foreign share-holding in its state-owned oil and gas companies. That deal deepened the growing energy ties between China and Russia, ironically, the opposite result of what Washington geopolitical Eurasia strategy is intended to achieve.

As US strategist Zbigniew Brzezinski declared in his 1997 book, The Grand Chessboard, US geopolitical policy must be to prevent at all costs a unified Eurasian economic challenge to American global hegemony. Oops, Obama, you may well have done the opposite. That’s what’s quite stupid—you failed to think through the complete consequences and interconnectedness of your actions.

Mass graves in Ukraine.

The rebel militia from Donbass discovered mass graves of civilians that had been tortured by the National Guard of Ukraine. Corpses covered with soil were found by sappers who were clearing the reclaimed territories of mines. Victims with their bodies covered with signs of torture had their hands tied behind them were apparently shot in the back of the head. The cases of 9 mm caliber bullets were found near the bodies.

Most of the massacred civilians were women, some were found with body organs removed. According to experts the internal organs of young women are highly valuable on the black market because women generally do not perform activities as hazardous as men and so their organs are more suitable for transplantation. One of the women was most likely pregnant.

Unearthed corpses confirm that torture was used against them: victims had limbs removed, various characters, including Nazi symbols, were burnt on the bodies. Two of the heads were completely severed. All the victims were dressed in civilian clothes. At the entrance to the nearby village a ditch was found containing several people. Residents claim that members of the National Guard executed people for their alleged contacts with the resistance movement. So far, three graves have been located and the rebels are confident that they will find more. OSCE observers confirm these claims.

The rebels did not have any doubts that girls were raped and murdered in the camp at the mine. ‘People said girls were disappearing’ – says one of the insurgents who found corpses. Currently, the fate of some of the residents is unknown. There is a high probability that there are still a lot of mass graves in the area.

‘The mine was a base for torturers, Nazis and all sorts of different mercenaries. Here they were quartered and conducted artillery fire on the next village. Leaving the mine, they set up many booby-traps in order to hit Donbass industry “, says one of the commanders who found corpses.

One should note that the Geneva Agreement of April 17, 2014 contained a commitment to Ukraine’s non-aggression in Donbass areas. The finding of mass graves was confirmed by the OSCE mission. Its observers assumed that the killings occurred on August 27, since they found a plate near one of the graves discovered at the “Kommunarskaja”mine.

“About forty bodies of civilians already found in three graves in Donetsk. Further burials have been located, but the exact number of mass graves is still undetermined. The graves contain civilian inhabitants, prisoners of war, and insurgents” – said Zacharczenko.

Когда пару недель назад цена на нефть начала заваливаться, уходя вниз из коридора, довольно устойчивого на протяжении долгого времени, тут же нашлось куча аналитегов, посчитавших это страшной местью кота Леопольда России. Не знаю, чего в этом больше гордыни и самомнения, или привычки мыслить информационными штампами, но иногда неплохо включать собственный мозг для осознания реального положения дел.

Разумеется, никакого заговора США (вкупе с Саудовской Аравией) против России с целью обрушить наши нефтяные доходы в качестве одной из мер наказания за строптивость нет и быть не может. Все это (удар по нашим доходам) не более, чем слабый побочный эффект от объективного процесса. Более того, и США, и тем более Саудиты, сами крайне не рады такому развитию ситуации. В противном случае цены рухнули бы давным-давно.

Тем более, что Россия (если брать не государство, а экономику в целом, включая частный сектор) от этого процесса страдает в гораздо меньшей степени, чем инициаторы обвала. Хотя бы потому. что на протяжении нескольких последних лет все наши нефтяные поставки и цены хеджируются (страхуются от падения цен) приобретением нефтяных опционов, гарантирующих компенсацию потерь в случае ценового провала, большего, чем на пару процентов. Так что, исходя из этой логики главным пострадавшим стоит считать международные финансовые институты (читай Ротшильды), которые эти опционы и продавали. Это им теперь предстоит компенсировать России выпадение нефтяных доходов.

Что же касается названных злоумышленников, то с ними все просто. Саудовская Аравия совершенно не заинтересована в падении цен, ни как крупнейший производитель нефти, ни как главный спонсор исламского движения за создание Халифата. Текущее падение цен на нефть для саудитов крайне несвоевременно. И наращивание ими объемов добычи сейчас свидетельствует всего лишь о том, что им кровь из носу необходимо обеспечить валовый финансовый поток любыми средствами, невзирая на долгосрочные последствия этого шага.

Еще любопытнее ситуация с самими США. Они также крайне не заинтересованы в падении нефтяных цен. И сразу по нескольким причинам.

Во-первых, сейчас у власти в США, перехватившие управление Обамой, неоконы-Рокфеллеры. Нефть это один из основных источников доходов данного клана.

Во-вторых, в последний год США начали активно раскупоривать национальную кубышку и наращивать объемы нефтяного производства внутри страны. Этот процесс, как и любой инвестиционный требует очень существенных затрат. Тем более, что и себестоимость добычи нефти в США далека от минимальной по миру. И падение нефтяных цен на данном этапе для США также крайне не выгодно.

И наконец, самая главная причина, по которой США совершенно не рады падению цен на нефть. Главной проблемой США сегодня является устойчивость и постоянное повышение спроса (обеспеченного деньгами) на государственные долговые обязательства  трежерис. Страны-нефтепроизводители являются сегодня главными источниками такого спроса в виду генерации свободной долларовой массы. И чем ниже цена на нефть, тем меньше денег могут выделить нефтяные страны для покупки американских долгов. А это автоматически ведет к усилению давления на объем долга и проблемам с его рефинансированием.

Так что же получается? Никто в падении цен на нефть не заинтересован, а они падают. Почему? Все именно так, но процесс просто становится все менее управляемым.

Причину надо искать в механизме, который несколько лет назад запустили США для получения отсрочки с коллапсом собственной долговой пирамиды. Они начали масштабную эмиссию долларов (включили печатный станок), затем подключили к этому процессу Европу, а для того, чтобы вся эта масса денег не выплеснулась необеспеченной реальными товарами ликвидностью, были задействаны гигантские механизмы утилизации излишней денежной массы. В качестве таковых были выбраны рынки деривативов и фондовые рынки. Если мы посмотрим, как попеременно галопировали всевозможные индексы в последние годы, мы поймем, куда оседали свеженапечатанные триллионы зеленых. Но, увы, деревья до небес не растут, и даже все эти инструменты в совокупности имеют свои пределы роста без того, чтобы запустить механизм гиперинфляции в реальной экономике. Первыми сдулись рынки драгметаллов, это попутно позволило снизить на них реальный спрос со стороны населения планеты. Затем падение коснулось ряда товарных рынков и, наконец, добралось до крупнейшего из них  рынка нефти. То есть в какой-то момент мировая финансовая система перестала справляться с поддержанием долговых рынков и одновременно товарных. Последними пожертвовали.

Две недели назад, когда началось падение нефтяных фьючерсов, я понял это так, что удержание котировок фондовых рынков было признано более приоритетным делом, а высвобождающиеся из нефтняого рынка деньги пойдеут именно туда (после закрытия дыр на долговом). Оказывается, я был куда более оптимистичен, чем все происходит в реальности. Фондовый рынок продержался после нефтяного всего две недели. Уже вчера американские индексы обвалились на 2,6%, пробив всевозможные поддержки и ясно указав на южное направление дальнейшего движения. И это говорит о многом. В частности о том, что теперь никакие рынки, кроме долговых не будут иметь поддержки ликвидностью, и их ждут очень мрачные перспективы. Во-вторых, это говорит о том, что и самим долговым рынкам до обвала осталось очень мало времени. Посудите сами. Если вся мировая ликвидность УЖЕ сконцентрирована в долгах, то откуда брать новые деньги для их рефинансирования и приобретения нового растущего долга (а ведь он постоянно растет). Так что все стновится более или менее понятным уже в краткосрочной перспективе. Начинается новый (он жем последний) и крайне увлекательный этап Игры Умри последним. Это этап запуска гиперинфляции во всемирном масштабе. Он будет не долгим, но очень веселым с точки зрения событий в мировой экономике и финансах. Помимо этого нас ждут громкие банкротства столпов мирового бизнеса, ужасающие разоблачения и потрясающие финансовые махинации, вылезающие наружу. Дергаться и пытаться спасти что-либо в этих условиях уже бесполезно и бессмысленно. Любой шаг будет лишь увеличивать потери и добавлять паники.

Так что расслабьтесь, садитесь поудобнее и запасайтесь попкорном. Всем приятного просмотра.

ЛИБЕРАЛ

В некоторой стране жил-был либерал, и притом такой откровенный, что никто слова не молвит, а он уж во все горло гаркает: Ах, господа,

господа! что вы делаете! ведь вы сами себя губите! И никто на него за это не сердился, а, напротив, все говорили: Пускай предупреждает  нам же

лучше!

 Три фактора,  говорил он,  должны лежать в основании всякой общественности: свобода, обеспеченность и самодеятельность. Ежели общество

лишено свободы, то это значит, что оно живет без идеалов, без горения мысли, не имея ни основы для творчества, ни веры в предстоящие ему судьбы.

Ежели общество сознает себя необеспеченным, то это налагает на него печать подавленности и делает равнодушным к собственной участи. Ежели общество

лишено самодеятельности, то оно становится неспособным к устройству своих дел и даже мало-помалу утрачивает представление об отечестве.

Вот как мыслил либерал, и, надо правду сказать, мыслил правильно. Он видел, Что кругом него люди, словно отравленные мухи, бродят, и говорил

себе: Это оттого, что они не сознают себя строителями своих судеб. Это колодники, к которым и счастие, и злосчастие приходит без всякого с их

стороны предвидения, которые не отдаются беззаветно своим ощущениям, потому что не могут определить, действительно ли это ощущения, или

какая-нибудь фантасмагория. Одним словом, либерал был твердо убежден, что лишь упомянутые три фактора могут дать обществу прочные устои и привести

за собою все остальные блага, необходимые для развития общественности.

Но этого мало: либерал не только благородно мыслил, но и рвался благое дело делать. Заветнейшее его желание состояло в том, чтобы луч света,

согревавший его мысль, прорезал окрестную тьму, осенил ее и все живущее напоил благоволением. Всех людей он признавал братьями, всех одинаково

призывал насладиться под сению излюбленных им идеалов.

Хотя это стремление перевести идеалы из области эмпиреев на практическую почву припахивало не совсем благонадежно, но либерал так

искренно пламенел, и притом был так мил и ко всем ласков, что ему даже неблагонадежность охотно прощали. Умел он и истину с улыбкой высказать, и

простачком, где нужно, прикинуться, и бескорыстием щегольнуть. А главное, никогда и ничего он не требовал наступи на горло, а всегда только _по

возможности_.

Конечно, выражение по возможности не представляло для его ретивости ничего особенно лестного, но либерал примирялся с ним, во-первых, ради

общей пользы, которая у него всегда на первом плане стояла, и, во-вторых, ради ограждения своих идеалов от напрасной и преждевременной гибели. Сверх

того, он знал, что идеалы, его одушевляющие, имеют слишком отвлеченный характер, чтобы воздействовать на жизнь непосредственным образом. Что

такое свобода? обеспеченность? самодеятельность? Все это отвлеченные термины, которые следует наполнить несомненно осязательным содержанием,

чтобы в результате вышло общественное цветение. Термины эти, в своей общности, могут воспитывать общество, могут возвышать уровень его

верований и надежд, но блага осязаемого, разливающего непосредственное ощущение довольства, принести не могут. Чтобы достичь этого блага, чтобы

сделать идеал общедоступным, необходимо разменять его на мелочи и уже в этом виде применять к исцелению недугов, удручающих человечество. Вот

тут-то, при размене на мелочи, и вырабатывается само собой это выражение: по возможности, которое, из двух приходящих в соприкосновение сторон,

одну заставляет _в известной степени_ отказаться от замкнутости, а другую  _в значительной степени_ сократить свои требования.

Все это отлично понял наш либерал и, заручившись этими соображениями, препоясался на брань с действительностью. И прежде всего, разумеется,

обратился к сведущим людям.

 Свобода  ведь, кажется, тут ничего предосудительного нет?  спросил он их.

 Не только не предосудительно, но и весьма похвально,  ответили сведущие люди,  ведь это только клевещут на нас, будто бы мы не желаем

свободы; в действительности мы только об ней и печалимся& Но, разумеется, в пределах&

 Гм& в пределах& понимаю! А что вы скажете насчет обеспеченности?

 И это милости просим& Но, разумеется, тоже в пределах.

 А как вы находите мой идеал общественной самодеятельности?

 Его только и недоставало. Но, разумеется, опять-таки в пределах.

Что ж! в пределах, так в пределах! Сам либерал хорошо понимал, что иначе нельзя. Пусти-ка савраса без узды  он в один момент того

накуролесит, что годами потом не поправишь! А с уздою  святое дело! Идет саврас и оглядывается: а ну-тко я тебя, саврас, кнутом шарахну& вот так!

И начал либерал в пределах орудовать: там урвет, тут урежет; а в третьем месте и совсем спрячется. А сведущие люди глядят на него и не

нарадуются. Одно время даже так работой его увлеклись, что можно было подумать, что и они либералами сделались.

 Действуй!  поощряли они его,  тут обойди, здесь стушуй, а там и вовсе не касайся. И будет все хорошо. Мы бы, любезный друг, и с радостью

готовы тебя, козла, в огород пустить, да сам видишь, каким тыном у нас огород обнесен!

 Вижу-то, вижу,  соглашался либерал,  но только как мне стыдно свои идеалы ломать! так стыдно! ах, как стыдно!

 Ну, и постыдись маленько: стыд глаза не выест! зато, _по возможности_, все-таки затею свою выполнишь!

Однако, по мере того, как либеральная затея _по возможности_ осуществлялась, сведущие люди догадывались, что даже и в этом виде идеалы

либерала не розами пахнут. С одной стороны, чересчур широко задумано; с другой стороны  недостаточно созрело, к восприятию не готово.

 Невмоготу нам твои идеалы!  говорили либералу сведущие люди,  не готовы мы, не выдержим!

И так подробно и отчетливо все свои несостоятельности и подлости высчитывали, что либерал, как ни горько ему было, должен был согласиться,

что действительно, в предприятии его существует какой-то фаталистический огрех: не лезет в штаны, да и баста.

 Ах, как это печально!  роптал он на судьбу.

 Чудак!  утешали его сведущие люди,  есть отчего плакать! Тебе что нужно)  будущее за твоими идеалами обеспечить?  так ведь мы тебе в этом

не препятствуем. Только не торопись ты, ради Христа! Ежели нельзя по возможности, так удовольствуйся тем, что отвоюешь хоть что-нибудь! Ведь

и хоть что-нибудь свою цену имеет. Помаленьку да полегоньку, не торопясь да богу помолясь  смотришь, ан одной ногой ты уж и в капище! В капище-то,

с самой постройки его, никто не заглядывал; а ты взял да и заглянул& И за то бога благодари.

Делать нечего, пришлось и на этом помириться. Ежели нельзя по возможности, так хоть что-нибудь старайся урвать, и на том спасибо

скажи. Так либерал и поступил, и вскоре так свыкся с своим новым положением, что сам дивился, как он был так глуп, полагая, что возможны

какие-нибудь иные пределы. И уподобления всякие на подмогу к нему явились. И пшеничное, мол, зерно не сразу плод дает, а также поцеремонится. Сперва

надо его в землю посадить, потом ожидать, покуда в нем произойдет процесс разложения, потом оно даст росток, который прозябнет, в трубку пойдет,

восколосится и т.д. Вот через сколько волшебств должно перейти зерно прежде, нежели даст плод сторицею! Так же и тут, в погоне за идеалами.

Посадил в землю хоть что-нибудь  сиди и жди.

И точно: посадил либерал в землю хоть что-нибудь  сидит и ждет. Только ждет-пождет, а не прозябает хоть что-нибудь и вся недолга. На

камень оно, что ли, попало или в навозе сопрело  поди, разбирай!

 Что за причина такая?  бормотал либерал в великом смущении.

 Та самая причина и есть, что загребаешь ты чересчур широко,  отвечали сведущие люди.  А народ у нас между тем слабый, расподлеющий. Ты

к нему с добром, а он норовит тебя же в ложке утопить. Большую надо сноровку иметь, чтобы с этим народом в чистоте себя сохранить!

 Помилуйте! что уж теперь о чистоте говорить! С каким я запасом-то в путь вышел, а кончил тем, что весь его по дороге растерял. Сперва по

возможности действовал, потом на хоть что-нибудь съехал  неужто можно и еще дальше под гору идти?

 Разумеется, можно. Не хочешь ли, например, применительно к подлости?

 Как так?

 Очень просто. Ты говоришь, что принес нам идеалы, а мы говорим: Прекрасно; только ежели ты хочешь, чтобы мы восчувствовали, то действуй

применительно.

 Ну?

 Значит, идеалами-то не превозносись, а по нашему масштабу их сократи, да применительно и действуй. А потом, может быть, и мы, коли пользу

увидим& Мы, брат, тоже травленые волки, прожектеров-то видели! Намеднись генерал Крокодилов вот этак же к нам отъявился: Господа, говорит, мой

идеал  кутузка! пожалуйте! Мы сдуру-то поверили, а теперь и сидим у него под ключом.

Крепко задумался либерал, услышав эти слова. И без того от первоначальных его идеалов только одни ярлыки остались, а тут еще подлость

прямую для них прописывают! Ведь этак, пожалуй, не успеешь оглянуться, как и сам в подлецах очутишься. Господи! вразуми!

А сведущие люди, видя его задумчивость, с своей стороны, стали его понуждать. Коли ты, либерал, заварил кашу, так уж не мудри, вари до

конца! Ты нас взбудоражил, ты же нас и ублаготвори& действуй!

И стал он действовать. И все применительно к подлости. Попробует иногда, грешным делом, в сторону улизнуть; а сведущий человек сейчас его

за рукав: Куда, либерал, глаза скосил? гляди прямо!

Таким образом шли дни за днями, а за ними шло вперед и дело преуспеяния применительно к подлости. Идеалов и в помине уж не было  одна мразь

осталась  а либерал все-таки не унывал. Что ж такое, что я свои идеалы по уши в подлости завязил? Зато я сам, яко столп, невредим стою! Сегодня я

в грязи валяюсь, а завтра выглянет солнышко, обсушит грязь  я и опять молодец-молодцом! А сведущие люди слушали эти его похвальбы и

поддакивали: Именно так!

И вот, шел он однажды по улице с своим приятелем, по обыкновению, об идеалах калякал и свою мудрость на чем свет превозносил. Как вдруг он

почувствовал, словно бы на щеку ему несколько брызгов пало. Откуда? с чего? Взглянул либерал наверх: не дождик ли, мол? Однако видит, что в небе

Причина простая. Если верить сообщениям, то ребенка украл папа. Я могу предполагать, что мальчик с папой мог пойти и добровольно. Что же касается остального, то.. Все это  семья. А семейные проблемы никогда не бывают одномерными и однозначными.

HOOD RIVER, Ore. (KOIN 6) — Authorities cancelled an Amber Alert early Wednesday morning after a missing 10-year-old boy from Vancouver, Wash. and his father were found safe outside a campground in Oregon.

Alexey Voronenko, 38, is being interviewed by Vancouver Police at the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office after being found the Sherwood Campground south of Hood River.

Voronenko was not arrested. He was released from police questioning around 8:15 a.m. He declined to speak with KOIN 6 News as he drove away from the police station.

Deputies with the Hood River County Sheriff’s Office found Voronenko and his son parked outside a campground south of the City of Hood River after police in Washington got “several leads”. Vancouver Police Sgt. Joe Graaff said the boy was “in very good spirits and health.”’

Voronenko’s son is being cared for by members of the Oregon Department of Human Services, police said. His mother had been notified, police confirm.

The boy was reported missing Tuesday afternoon when he didn’t return home from Mill Plain Elementary School, Graff said. Police said neither the school district nor the school itself knew there would be danger in releasing the boy to his father.

Graaff, a supervisor with the Missing Persons Unit for the Vancouver Police Department, said detectives were notified of the case within an hour and four detectives started working several leads.

The boy, his mother and two other siblings all live relatively close to the school, Graaff said. When the boy did not come home Tuesday afternoon, his mother went to school and learned her former husband had taken the child, police said. Police said there was a language barrier between school officials and the family.

Police confirm while in Houston, Texas, the mother got a protection order against the Voronenko. The mother and three children moved to the Vancouver area about two weeks ago, police said. Police declined to say why they moved to Washington. It is believed that Voronenko showed up late Friday night or early Saturday morning, police said.

Detectives were concerned for the child’s wellbeing after it was discovered there may have been a plan to take the boy back to Texas. Police were also concerned because Voronenko has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia.

Police said they do not feel there was a “delay” in the time it took to issue an Amber Alert. The alert was sent out around 9:30 – 10 p.m. Tuesday after police had gathered all the required information in order to active the missing and endangered child system.

The alert was cancelled at 4:18 a.m. Tuesday.

В общем, все то, что произошло, во многом произошло из-за того, что полиция озаботилась о чем-то там.

Полицейские могут чувствовать и беспокоиться о чем угодно. Особенно, здесь, если речь идет о детях.

..Сегодня у Йипы в миске, из которой она пьет воду, обнаружились& черви.

Срочно повел ее к врачу, пока ничего серьезного врачи обнаружить не смогли. Возникла гипотеза. Йипа подхватила какую-то гадость, во время выхода по делам.

И, практически сразу после этого сунула морду в миску, в процессе питья.

Перепугался сильно.

Сейчас буду внимательно наблюдать..

VANCOUVER, Wash. (KOIN 6) — Authorities in Clark County have issued an Amber Alert for a 10-year-old boy in Vancouver.

According to police, Andrey Voronenko was picked up from Mill Plain Elementary School in Vancouver around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday by his father, 38-year-old Alexey Voronenko, who police said was in jail in Texas for domestic violence. The child’s mother fled with Andrey to Vancouver while Alexey was in jail.

Police added that Alexey has been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and that it is unknown if he uses drugs. Authorities said they believe that the child could be harmed.

The child, Andrey, is 4 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 70 pounds, He was brown hair, green eyes and was last seen wearing a navy polo with pink stripes, grey pants and blue and grey tennis shoes with a dark navy rain coat.

The father, Alexey, is 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 300 pounds. He has brown graying hair, a mustache and blue eyes.

Police said Alexey is believed to be driving a dark grey 2007 Honda Accord. It has four doors with tinted windows and a sunroof. The vehicle’s Texas license plate is CKK3638.
