Дмитрий Медведев окончательно запретил пить за рулем

Президент России Дмитрий Медведев подписал федеральный закон, запрещающий употребление алкоголя за рулем в любых дозах. Об этом говорится в официальном сообщении на сайте президента.

Изменения вносятся в статью 19 Федерального закона О безопасности дорожного движения. В него добавляется пункт, согласно которому запрещается эксплуатация транспортных средств лицами, находящимися в состоянии алкогольного, наркотического или иного токсического опьянения.

А в плане воровства, как? Недавно где-то проскакивала новость о том, как легко увести деньги по телефону.

Правительство РФ планирует договориться с крупнейшими сотовыми операторами о введении услуги оплаты налогов и штрафов ГИБДД через мобильный телефон. Об этом в номере за 23 июля пишет газета Коммерсант.

Как сообщил изданию директор департамента информационных технологий и связи правительства РФ Константин Носков, возможность запуска новой услуги уже обсуждается с представителями оператора Вымпелком (торговая марка Билайн). Аналогичные предложения правительство подготовило для МТС и МегаФона. В Вымпелкоме подтвердили информацию о переговорах по проекту, назвав предложение чиновников интересным. В свою очередь представители МТС выразили заинтересованность в предоставлении услуги оплаты налогов и штрафов через мобильный телефон, а в МегаФоне комментировать ситуацию пока отказались.

Госдепартамент США в четверг принес извинения российской стороне за то, что она не была должным образом уведомлена о задержании в Либерии российского пилота Константина Ярошенко и о его транспортировке в США. Об этом сообщает Agence France-Presse.

Two British soldiers have been shot dead in Afghanistan while trying to rescue a wounded colleague.

A UK military spokesman said they died in the Lashkar Gah district of Helmand on Wednesday evening performing a courageous and selfless act.

One was from The Royal Dragoon Guards and the other from 1st Battalion Scots Guards. Their families have been told.

A total of 324 UK service personnel have been killed in Afghanistan since operations began in 2001.

The number killed in the first half of this year was double that in the first half of 2009.

Попросил Кэролайн написать мне, что нужно Принцессе для прохождения этого теста.

Что у нее уже есть и над чем еще нужно работать.

Небольшое пояснение: требования для всех одни и те же, но каждый тест адаптируется под того человека и его возможности и нужды, кто его проводит и в соответствии с этим каждый имеет возможность изменить тест и условия.

К примеру, мне не нужно чтобы Принцесса работала на очень длинном поводке. Я этого все равно никогда использовать не буду. В случае с длинным поводком есть опасность, что он попадет под колеса.

Оставляю для себя. Все на английском и очень много.

1. CONTROLLED UNLOAD OUT OF VEHICLE:

Yepa has shown she can wait quietly and calmly before and after entering or exiting a vehicle. She has yet to show how she behaves if another dog and handler walks past within 6 feet, but her normal behavior around other dogs suggests this would not be a problem for her.

2. APPROACHING THE BUILDING: Yepa has shown she can walk calmly through a parking lot to approach a building, on a loose leash alongside the wheelchair, stopping when the wheelchair stops.

3. CONTROLLED ENTRY THROUGH A DOORWAY: Yepa enters and exits buildings under calm control.

4. HEELING THROUGH THE BUILDING: Yepa has shown she can heel calmly within 1 ft. of the wheelchair through various buildings including Safeway, Macy’s Llloyd center mall, OHSU. She does not solicit public attention or strain against the lead, adjusts to speed changes, turns corners promptly, and travels through a crowded area without interacting with the public.

5. SIX FOOT RECALL ON LEAD: Yepa has performed this on several occasions in a public park. She waits calmly and returns directly when called. Needs practice with Anton giving command, moving away 6ft, and recalling her

SITS ON COMMAND: Yepa will sit on command but this is a new behavior for her and needs more practice in different situations, notably: next to a plate of food placed upon the ground, while a shopping cart passes by within three feet and as a person walks up behind the team, talks to the person and then pets the dog. The dog must hold position.

7. DOWNS ON COMMAND: Yepa also will perform a down on cue but needs practice and particularly 1) at a table where food will be dropped on the floor. and 2) as an adult and child approach the dog.

8. NOISE DISTRACTION: Yepa is very calm and rarely startles, even when someone throws firework under Anton’s chair. This is unlikely to be a problem for her e.g. when the tester drops a clipboard to the ground behind her

9. RESTAURANT: Not tried yet – needs practice. Yepa is likely to stay close and remain in a Down calmly, we will also need to practice ignoring food dropped on the floor here.

10. OFF LEAD: This item can be modified depending on the nature of the person’s disability. It should be modified as Anton does not hold the leash. Yepa is tethered to the chair. We might modify it either a) Yepa gets tangled up and can find her way back to position or b) leash is disconnected and Yepa demonstrates she will come back to the wheelchair on call, and wait while a person reconnects her. Needs to be explored

11. CONTROLLED UNIT: The team will leave the building in a similar manner to entering, with safety and control being of prime importance. Not an issue for Yepa

12. CONTROLLED LOAD into VEHICLE: The individual will load the dog into the vehicle, with either entering first. The dog must not wander around the parking lot but must wait patiently for instructions. Emphasis is on safety and control. Again, Yepa is fine with this.

DOG TAKEN BY ANOTHER PERSON someone else will take the dogs leash and passively hold the dog (not giving any commands) while the dogs partner moves 202 away – not a problem for Yepa.

Возможно, они не такие высокие и стройные, однако  березы настоящие.

In both sessions we continued our work on indoor assistance skills – paw shake, play with toys (fetch and tug), hold, light, push.

In the session on Friday, Yepa flicked the switch on with her nose for the first time.

The session on Sunday was a review of Yepa’s progress so far, while demonstrating for (Friend) and her daughter Mara and friend, Libby, who raised funds for Yepa’s training through their Girl Scout troupe and through Beth’s medical practice. Yepa seemed to enjoy working in front of them and was not at all distracted by the presence of an audience.

First we explained the idea behind using clicker training for teaching assistance tasks, and the important of breaking tasks down into small steps and building up the skill gradually. Yepa hasn’t had any experience with this kind of training  her life as a show dog gave her other skills  so her progress has been relatively slow, but steady. It is important to be patient and only move on to the next step when she is ready. Building a strong foundation will make things go faster in the long run.

First Yepa demonstrated Touch (touching her nose to a target stick and a variety of objects), then applied this to the beginning steps of turning on a light switch, and pushing a button (using a child’s plastic toy with large bright moveable pieces). Next she showed the progress she has made with Hold (taking an object in her mouth) using a wooden spoon. Yepa had already progressed to taking the end of the spoon in her mouth, grabbing it with her teeth very gently twice and then dropping it. This session she progressed to taking it in the middle of the handle and holding it briefly before dropping it. Small steps forward like this bring lots of praise and celebration, building Yepa’s confidence and enthusiasm for the job. Yepa also showed how she is learning to touch an object (a fleece mat) with her paw. This is extra hard for her because she is very careful not to put her paws where she thinks she shouldn’t. She is learning to shake a paw and how to place her paw on an object (mat on the floor). Finally, Yepa showed how she negotiates entering and exiting Anton’s room and the building, moving forward in front of the wheelchair, turning back to the wheelchair, backing up while he comes through, and then positioning herself to move forward with him on a loose leash.

Last but not least, Yepa showed right from the beginning what a calm and friendly dog she is, and how much she enjoys people and loves to be touched and stroked. She snuggled up with each of the guests, getting as much contact as she could, and making the “purring” sound in her throat that she does when she is happy.

Это совсем мало. Но для нашей страны, для России, где люди, у которых такое же как и у него заболевание,  это невероятно много. Потому что для больных муковисцидозом, в нашей стране делается совсем немного. Им дают вступить во взрослую жизнь.

Он 1984 года рождения. Как и я& Буквально месяц назад, добиваясь для меня сложной и опасной операции врач произнес Ей же всего 25, само это  повод дать шанс. Сегодня я смотрю на фото Павла и думаю то же самое  ему всего 25, вся жизнь впереди, разве можно отмахнуться от него и сказать что его шанс на жизнь слишком дорого стоит??? Вспомните или представте себя в 25 лет& и на мгновение, на одно страшное мгновение представте жизнь в этом возрасте с осознанием конец&

Жизнь без легких& в далкеом 2001 году я прожила почти без оных 2 недели. Это страшно& это страшнее боли, страшнее любых других ощущений. Не иметь возможности дышать  ЭТО СТРАШНО!!! А не иметь возможность дышать и знать, что спасение есть, но оно стоит безумно дорого  такого не пожалеаешь и врагу.

Во-первых, она научилась включать свет.

Пока еще не очень уверенно, нужно это закрепить, но  уже умеет.

Выключать пока не научилась. Буду думать, как ее этому лучше научить.

Во-вторых, как я понимаю, эта стойка у нее от ее предыдущей карьеры осталась?

С самого начала лета, может быть еще раньше, хочу, очень хочу посетить наш Portland Classical Chinese Garden  Lan Su.

Я там был, но было очень давно. Я тогда и по английски-то, почти ничего не говорил.

Там все доступно для колясок. Осталось только найти силы, зарядить все мои батареи, и от коляски, и от фото-видеокамер и& поехать.

Самое тяжелое,  найти силы. Потому что я себя чувствую по утрам& неизвестно кем я себя чувствую по утрам.

Но поехать мне туда очень хочется&

Напоминайте мне об этом, пожалуйста, а? Я вам оттуда такие фотографии привезу и видео!&

Открытые судебные заседания высших судов могут транслироваться в Интернете, сказал сегодня президент РФ Дмитрий Медведев, выступая на совещании по совершенствованию судебной системы.

Как сообщает радиостанция Эхо Москвы, в то же время он подчеркнул, что не намерен давать советы судьям – к такому решению они должны прийти сами.

По мнению главы государства, современный суд должен быть открыт для общественного контроля и доступен для граждан. В своем выступлении Д.Медведев также затронул тему исполнения судебных решений, которую он назвал больной.
