Also, if you search the name of this pattern online, you will see its mine and that is a comercial pattern, not a free one. And in the policies from my shops and in the original pattern itself, it's clearly explained that this is forbidden. So please, remove post from here and stop sharing what is not yours.

First off – I'd like to apologize for openly posting your pattern here on liveinternet.ru.
I have not translated this pattern and I have no idea who has done so. I simply re-posted it to my page without knowing that this pattern is a commercial property. On the translation there is no name of the author nor any warnings that the pattern is protected under the law. So, I can assume that Aculya didn't know as well.

I did some research of the pattern by your suggestion (too bad you haven't provided a link right away, so everybody could see) and google.com didn't show much, I quick searched on rambler.com in Russian with the same result – nowhere could I link your name to this pattern. Yes, your creations are beautiful and unique. And yes, people would keep translating and sharing patterns (if not yours than others) with others just simply out of kindness to others who are less fortunate (and I don't mean just financial side here (you know, some people truly can't afford 5 Euros for a pattern), but the language barrier as well) and out of will to share pretty things. Russians are generous people, they really like to share.

Unfortunately for this pattern of yours – it's everywhere and it's impossible to keep someone in particular responsible for posting the translation on the Web.

And I feel sorry for the pore soul who snitched on us to you. It's just soooo obvious that someone else showed you your pattern on my page.

Paola, out of respect for your artistic abilities and time that you have spent putting the pattern together in hope to earn money I personally renamed my post and locked it from others.

Well, this is really me, Paola Navarro. I'm giving you my first and last name just in case you still have doubts about who I really am.
You said people who translate and give away patterns are generous. But I don't think that's true, because they are generous giving away something that don't belong to them. It's really easy to give away someone else's effort but their own. Also, you said they do this as a favor to people who cannot spend money on crochet patterns and this is also not an excuse for violating other people's rights. First, because there are many FREE crochet patterns all around, not just commercials, and second, because these "selfless" people are robbing from a person who makes her living and support her family on creating and selling her designs. I'm not a millonaire and I don't own an enterprise either. I'm just a regular woman who works on my own to pay my bills and raise my family without bugging others. The person who illegally translate and posted my pattern was well aware she/he was infringing the law. And I know that because I include a copyright note in every one of my patterns and that person used all MY PHOTOS as well. It's really frustrating how people think they have the right to steal from others. As I said, generous is who gives away his own stuff. Croock is who gives away other people's work.

I'm still able to see the pattern posted here. Please remove it.
