Student Assistance

 

In order to provide information and resources to new international students, an International Orientation Program runs at the beginning of each year. Student volunteers, known as 'Aston Aunties,' meet and greet students as they arrive at Birmingham Airport at various times throughout the academic year, assisting them in adjusting to the new culture and interactions that await them.

 

The Learning Development Center (LDC) offers academic guidance and assistance. LDC provides one-on-one and group tutorials in which personal tutors provide assistance, support, and guidance.
