apples  4-5 pieces


marjoram

black pepper and salt  to taste

vegetable oil for greasing


The way of cooking recipe roasted duck with apples:

1. For the preparation of a roasted duck, use a deep pan, pan, oval-shaped or foil-wrapped shape for baking.
