In Russia there are many different problems. But one of the most important - poverty. At each corner we can see the vagabond. The vagabond - the person without the certain residence. But why very much it is a lot of such people? One of the most important reasons of such standard of living is алкоголизм. When people start to drink, more and more money spend for alcoholic drinks. When at them does not remain money to continuation of hard drinking they sell the apartments almost dirt-cheap.
But already now in Russia start to struggle gradually with this trouble. Introduction of the new license for sale of alcoholic drinks has helped to reduce quantity{amount} of points of sale considerably. Basically in these trough points sold poor-quality and cheap production. Due to the license in these points cannot sell such production any more. And those who bought this production, do not have money on better and expensive{dear}. Hence, these people consume already smaller quantity{amount} of alcoholic drinks. Then they start to notice the world surrounding them, and many of them are corrected.
So, we have considered one of principal causes of poverty and its{her} consequence. Yes, position in Russia not such iridescent as can seem from the party{side}. But our country has already followed the road of corrections, therefore, as I think, in some years, or through some tens years the problem of poverty in Russia can improve or disappear absolutely.
