Ši diena prasidėjo nuo to, jog palikau namie laikrodį.

Šiandien aš nepadariau nei vieno gero darbo – tuo ši diena ir baigėsi.

Tarp šių dviejų akimirkų aš nepadariau daugybės dalykų.

Bet šį tą nuveikiau.

Uždirbau truputėlį pinigų ir išleidau truputėlį daugiau nei uždirbau.

Pasikalbėjau truputėlį, o pagalvojau vos vos daugiau nei pasakiau.

Bet tikrai išgirdau mažiau nei man buvo sakyta.

Kažką pamačiau, bet dariau per mažai išvadų.

Nei vienos išvados, anksčiau padarytos, šiandien taip ir nepamačiau.

Kažką valgiau – skonis tarp malonumo ir nulio. Eilinis alkis.

Atsigėriau. Nors, tiesą sakant, iki troškulio buvo toli.

Užėjau į laikrodžių parduotuvę pasiklausti kiek valandų.

Nei vienas iš tūkstančių ciferblatų nebuvo užimtas lygiai taip pat.

Vaikščiojau ir galvojau apie unikalumą minčių, kurios tartum filmai.

Ore jaučiau perteklių pasikėsinimų krūvių.

Ore jaučiau nuovargio kvapą – galėčiau sakyt aromatą...

Maniau, jog žinau, bet lažybos dėl to būtų kėlusios nerimą.

Visą laiką vijau į šalį jausmus lyg tai būtų įmanoma.

Nežinia dėl ko prisiminiau keletą tolimiausių įvykių.

Ką norėjau prisimint – neįstengiau.

Žinoma, norėjau. Norėjau labai labai. Galima sakyt – troškau.

Galima sakyt – geidžiau. Ir tai kažkodėl nebuvo emocionalu.

Kažką supratau. Trumpam. O pasirodė, kad viską supratau.

Ttuo pačiu smulkūs, menki žinojimai dirgino gomurį.

Traukė grįžti namo, bet laikas tam buvo dar neatėjęs.

Svarsčiau, gal nueit į muziejų, o gal į knygyną.

Jei kas nors būtų kvietęs užeit į svečius, būčiau ėjęs.

Būčiau ėjęs pašokt. Būčiau ėjęs pavaikščiot po parką.

Būčiau ėjęs į dykumą, kopęs į kalną, išplaukęs laivu.

Taip ir nepadariau nei vieno gero darbo

Bet kol dar neužmigau, ši diena dar nesibaigė niekam.

Tuoj pakilsiu, palaistysiu gėles ir eisiu į gatvę.
