1. Please provide an example of a time when you had to analyze facts quickly, define the key issues, and develop a plan which produced good results.

In days of when I worked as the chief of a department of marketing of one large company - a monopolist of services of wire telecommunication in the market of edge, it was revealed that a share of the market of company essentially has decreased owing to rapid development of campaigns of cellular communication.
Director of the company has ordered to develop urgently the marketing plan on deduction of a share of the market of the company. The plan has been developed by me and mine department for three days: in it a number of actions on improvement and was offered modernization of existing services, new services and services of communication have been offered to introduction. The plan has been signed and approved to introduction. On results of performance of actions the share of the market of the company was not only kept, but also has grown on shares of percent.

2. Please provide an example of a time when you were able to step into a group, take charge, get support, and bring about excellent results.

Also when I worked as the engineer of marketing in Novorossisk city, I've been raised on a post of the chief of marketing department of management of branch. I have come already to the developed collective, for some days have found common language with all employees of a department and services of the company, have understood current affairs and began to work with the big feedback. On results of work me and my department of marketing couple of time has been awarded by monetary indemnifications.

3. Please provide an example of a time when you had to be more flexible than usual because of a change that was going on around you. Describe the situation. How did you handle the situation?


In days of my work as the forwarding agent in firm the SKAT-A, it was entrusted to me to conclude the contract with the certain company-carrier for delivery of grain crops in seaport of city. At first director of the company-carrier did not wish to meet and talk to me, in any way it not motivating. I tried to be tolerant and flexible - have asked it about a meeting in couple of days, having congratulated him with a professional holiday.
At last the meeting took place. At personal meeting was found out, that director of the company was bribed by competitors the SKAT-A, on conditions that he did not work with us. But as a result of long negotiations the problem has been solved also the company began to work with us on the general conditions.
