with good really healthy advices on how to eat

Nevergiveup, they do show to the person how much he/she eats in a week putting all the crap on one table and kind of making him/her realize that she is a mean fat eating machine

there is another method to convince someone to loose weight - they calculate how much over weight someone has and put extra bags with exact kg of what this person has and ask him/her to carry it around for the whole day :)

I did ) I watched it last night, first 4 episodes non-stop. I agree, it is grosse at times. But I just got facinated by the idea of them swapping their eating stiles for the whole week. "Cuse me" if I grossed you out.
