APPEAL
Of the victims of the Khojaly genocide
To the International Organizations, International Courts,
Foreign States and the International Community

As close relatives of the people killed as a result of the Khojaly genocide, victims of the Armenian aggression and policies of ethnic cleansing appeal to you and call for your attention to the Armenian atrocities against children, women and elderly, the deeds of the Armenian war criminals, who ruthlessly massacred hundreds of Khojaly inhabitants only because they were Azeris. Under the command of the present leadership of Armenia and Armenian-created authorities of Mountainous Karabakh headed by R. Kocharyan, A.Gukasyan and others, the Armenian armed forces attacked the town of Khojaly in the night from February 25 to 26, 1992. They committed atrocities against the civilian population, killing 613 people, among them 63 children, 106 women, and 70 elderly. They totally exterminated 8 families, 25 children lost both parents, and 130 children lost one parent. 487 people, including 76 children were seriously wounded and injured, 1275 people were taken hostage, of them 151 are still missing with no information as to their fate.

We call you not to stay indifferent on this terrible tragedy, to give your appraisal to this crime of genocide committed not only against the Khojaly people, but against the whole humanity, and not allow those who committed this crime escape unpunished. We call upon the whole international community not to believe the false tears of the Armenian criminals and condemn their deeds!

The survived Khojaly inhabitants.
