Год начался тревожно, как по Писанию: ужасные явления, землетрясения по местам, смятения и войны… и море «восшумело и возмутилось»… Словом, налицо «начало болезней».
И мы с тревогой следим за последними новостями, обсуждаем их, ужасаемся, но не замечаем, как чужая беда, боль становятся частью глобального шоу. Тема апокалипсиса давно стала ходовым брендом в индустрии развлечений, чем-то отличным от подлинного содержания этого важного слова. Ведь слово «апокалипсис» переводится как «откровение» – это то, что открыто Богом для нашего вразумления, для того, чтобы мы трезвились, помня об истинной цели земной жизни, о необходимости достижении единства с Богом.
Понятие апокалипсиса у нас стойко ассоциируется со страшными, катастрофическими событиями мирового масштаба. И все мы знаем о внешних признаках приближения вселенской катастрофы. Много о них говорим, обсуждаем это. Но есть и другие, куда более важные, сокровенные признаки. Господь говорит, что в последние времена «по причине умножения беззакония во многих охладеет любовь». А апостол Павел добавляет – точно про нас, – что люди будут самолюбивы, сребролюбивы, горды, надменны, злоречивы, родителям непокорны, неблагодарны, нечестивы… Вот на что нам надо обращать внимание, вот чего страшиться больше землетрясений, цунами и радиации…
Мы живем в эпоху глобального изменения климата. Я говорю не о погоде – пусть этим занимаются метеорологи. Речь идет о катастрофическом изменении человеческой природы. Кто-то возразит, что со времен грехопадения как раз ничего не изменилось ни в человеке, ни в человечестве в целом. Но это, увы, не так. Иначе не было бы Вселенского потопа и гибели Содома и Гоморры – этих горьких примеров массовой и катастрофической деградации со всеми вытекающими последствиями. Природа человека и общества в целом «удобопреклонна ко греху», по слову святых отцов, и в наше время это особенно очевидно. И подлинный апокалипсис тихо и незаметно происходит в наших сердцах, только масштаб его не достиг той критической точки, когда стихии, разгоревшись, разрушатся, и земля и все дела на ней сгорят. Дух Христов уходит из нашей жизни, а водворяется прочно иной, страшный, сатанинский дух корысти, прагматизма, распущенности, равнодушия и беспредельного самолюбия. Лечебные свойства черемухи |
Народная медицина рекомендует использовать плоды, кору, листья, цветки черёмухи для лечения различных заболеваний.
Зрелые плоды оказывают закрепляющее, вяжущее, бактерицидное, витаминное, общеукрепляющее, противовоспалительное действие, нормализуют функцию кишечника, желудка. Кора используется в качестве потогонного, жаропонижающего, мочегонного средства. Листья оказывают закрепляющее, витаминное действие, улучшают пищеварение. Цветки используют как противовоспалительное, ранозаживляющее, фитонцидное средство.
Препараты из черёмухи необходимо принимать только под наблюдением врача, с соблюдением приёма указанных доз и срока лечения.
Несколько рецептов лекарственных средств на основе черёмухи обыкновенной.
Также черёмуха обыкновенная входит в состав различных желудочных сборов.
Противопоказанием для применения черёмухи в качестве лечебного средства является беременность.

Группа выпускников престижного вуза, успешных, сделавших замечательную карьеру, пришли в гости к своему старому профессору.
Во время визита разговор зашёл о работе: выпускники жаловались на многочисленные трудности и жизненные проблемы.
Предложив своим гостям кофе, профессор пошёл на кухню и вернулся с кофейником и подносом, уставленным самыми разными чашками: фарфоровыми, стеклянными, пластиковыми, хрустальными. Одни были простые, другие дорогие.
Когда выпускники разобрали чашки, профессор сказал:
— Обратите внимание, что все красивые чашки разобрали, тогда как простые и дешёвые остались. И хотя это нормально для вас — хотеть только лучшее для себя, но это и есть источник ваших проблем и стрессов. Поймите, что чашка сама по себе не делает кофе лучше. Чаще всего она просто дороже, но иногда даже скрывает то, что мы пьем. В действительности, всё, что вы хотели, было просто кофе, а не чашка. Но вы сознательно выбрали лучшие чашки, а затем разглядывали, кому какая чашка досталась.
А теперь подумайте: жизнь — это кофе, а работа, деньги, положение, общество — это чашки. Это всего лишь инструменты для поддержания и содержания Жизни. То, какую чашку мы имеем, не определяет и не меняет качества нашей Жизни. Иногда, концентрируясь только на чашке, мы забываем насладиться вкусом самого кофе.
Наиболее счастливые люди — это не те, которые имеют всё лучшее, но те, которые извлекают всё лучшее из того, что имеют.
