Немецкое печенье «Магенброт»

Немецкое рождественское печенье «Магенброт» распространено на юге Германии. Такое печенье, мне кажется, несложное в приготовлении, так как готовится оно без использования скалки и довольно быстро. «Магенброт» формируют обычно двумя способами. Самым простым способом, когда из теста формируется и выпекается лепешка, затем смазывается глазурью и нарезается ножом на кусочки. И способ посложнее, когда скатывают из теста длинные колбаски, выпекают, покрывают глазурью и разрезают наискосок на кусочки. Именно таким вариантом сегодня я с вами с удовольствием поделюсь. Очень вкусное печенье получается, со вкусом ароматных пряников.
