Парадокс Интеллекта: чем умнее организм (система), тем больше его (её) EQ, но тем меньше межнейронных связей, то есть тем проще и легче его (её) мыслительный орган (мозг, нейросеть) и тем меньше его (её) EQ.

Влияет ли размер или вес мозга на интеллект? Важен не размер или вес мозга, а коэффициент энцефализации (индекс энцефализации; der Enzephalisationsquotient; Encephalization Quotient; EQ) — мера относительного размера мозга, определяющаяся как отношение фактически наблюдаемой массы мозга к средней прогнозируемой массе мозга для млекопитающего данного размера. EQ призван приблизительно характеризовать развитость интеллекта животного и часто используется исследователями в такой научной области как когнитивная этология. Коэффициент энцефализации: человек - 7,3; слон - 1,7; дельфин - 5,3; лисица - 1,9 (Источник: Wikipedia).
Но вот парадокс - чем умнее человек, тем меньше у него межнейронных связей, то есть тем проще структура мозга, а следовательно тем меньше вес мозга (Источник: Naked Science; "Smarter brains run on sparsely connected neurons", Ruhr-University Bochum, 2018).
Есть интерпретация: у умных людей больше задействовано экстрасоматическое сознание (панпси-мозг), если допустить, что мозг (как носитель сознания) человека состоит из интрасоматической барионной части и экстрасоматической тёмноматериальной панпси-части (Источник: panpsy.de). И барионный (обычный) мозг перекладывает свои функции на небарионный тёмноматериальный панпси-мозг, то есть на экстрасоматическую часть мозга. Этим обычный мозг снижает численность своих межнейронных связей, избавляется от излишнего веса, экономит энергию, уменьшает нагрузку на сердце и кровеносную систему. В этом кроется секрет долгожительства умных людей. Надо постоянно тренировать сознание, мышление и долговременную память, развивать навыки, этим самым разгружая барионный мозг и, соответственно, сердечно-сосудистую систему (Источник: panpsy.de). Обращаем внимание на один важный нюанс: панпси-мозг не включён в обмен веществ и сохраняет исходные элементарные частицы своей тёмноматериальной базовой структуры в течение жизни человека или системы, а часто и после жизни, что делает панпси-мозг супер надёжным носителем части (основной?) долговременной памяти и сознания / самосознания. Обычный же мозг постоянно обновляет свои атомы, молекулы и клетки, вымывая из себя самосознание и память, что делает его вторичным инструментом (органом). Недаром люди с тяжёлыми травмами мозга часто почти полностью восстанавливают свои навыки, речь, память и другие когнитивные функции, черпая их из панпси-мозга, а возможно и из крупных (планетарных, галактических, вселенских) панпси-структур, в которых панпси-мозг является элементом.
А может мозг умных людей работает по принципу оптимальности Беллмана, который вероятно можно применять и к динамическим нейросетям? То есть, чем умнее организм или система, тем больше его (её) EQ, но тем меньше межнейронных связей, то есть тем проще структура мыслительного органа (нейросети) и тем меньше его (её) EQ. В этом заключается Парадокс Интеллекта, внутри которого действует Принцип Оптимальности Беллмана.
Это значит, что никакого парадокса здесь нет. Тем или иным способом мозг умного человека (объекта, системы), например с помощью алгоритма динамического программирования (или иным способом), так оптимизирует загрузку нейронов (либо устраняя неэффективные и лишние связи, либо передавая часть нагрузки, то есть часть связей, экстрасоматическому сознанию или панпси-мозгу), чтобы ускорить работу мозга с одновременным снижением энергозатрат (минимаксная задача). Подобное решение можно применять для повышения эффективности работы искусственного интеллекта (искусственных нейронных сетей, ИНС; künstliche neuronale Netzwerke, kurz: KNN; artificial neural networks, ANN).
В процессе развития человечества человек постоянно умнеет. Это означает, что за счёт уменьшения межнейронных связей мозг человека со временем должен уменьшаться. Так в действительности и происходит. У людей верхнего палеолита мозг был заметно (на 10 - 12 %) крупнее мозга современного человека. Самый тяжёлый мозг — 2850 г — был обнаружен у индивида, который страдал эпилепсией и идиотией (Источник: Wikipedia).
Замечено, что человек с тренированным мозгом живёт дольше (British Medical Journal, 2017). Помимо этого, когнитивная тренировка воздействует на нейрогенез и изменения структур мозга (Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A, 2000), значительно уменьшая межнейронные связи и, соответственно, массу мозга (Nature Communications, 2018). Это означает, что мозг может оптимизироваться (ускорить мышление и снизить нагрузку на организм за счёт уменьшения потребления мозгом энергии) в течение одной жизни и без мутаций. Также происходит усиление этих свойств из поколения в поколение за счёт полезных мутаций. Получается, что эволюция проходит в две стадии: сначала возрастает EQ (количественная стадия), а затем оптимизируются межнейронные связи (качественная стадия), когда энергетическое обеспечение слишком большого мозга становится обременительным для организма. Это объясняет, почему за последние десятки тысяч лет человек поумнел, продолжительность его жизни увеличилась, а мозг уменьшился.
