A full art career was Christine's at an early age. While she was an art student at Santa Monica College she exhibited at a local sidewalk show. An art publisher saw her work - and the rest is history. Soon after, she opened her own studio/gallery in Carmel-by-the Sea where she captured the hearts of many. Christine often said she paints from her own experiences and personal awarenss of women and their lives. Tragically, on March 26, 1994 she went for the afternoon to Big Sur with her sister and daughter. While the three were playing in the surf, Christine briefly turned her back to the ocean. In a matter of seconds a big wave moved in and washed over Christine taking her out to sea. Her sister managed to grab Christine's daughter pulling her to safety. They could not save Christine.

Anna Vinogradov is a rising star of the Russian fine art scene. Starting from the first year at the St Petersburg Academy of Fine Art, she had a long line of collectors waiting for her paintings, sketches and drawings done in a course of studies at the Academy. After semi-annual student exhibitions, all her schoolwork was usually purchased by eager dealers and fans. Soon dealers from abroad began to come and offer Anna substantial sums of money for her not-yet painted paintings. Sketches for her graduation works were sold for $5,000 - $6,000 each, and her graduation work, after receiving “special accommodation” of the Academy, was sold to a Chinese dealer for a record $30,000 unheard payment for a student’s work.
