дело было в Питсбурге, 7/13/99.
помимо этого он ещё исполнял этот кавер в St. Paul, 7/12/99 (в сетлисте это шло после кавера на master of puppets) и в Lowell, MA 7/23/99.

P.S.
There was a great interview a couple years ago where Maynard delivered probably his greatest quote. Fred Durst has said many times that he thinks Tool is the best band in the world, and Maynard have blasted Limp Bizkit in the past. So when the interviewer asked Maynard how he felt about Limp Bizkit being such big Tool fans, he said something along the lines of "It's like finding out the lunchlady has a crush on you. It's sort of flattering, but it's not like you're going to fuck the lunchlady."
