The nostalgia came to me to remember that when I started as an artist on social networks, I used to draw a lot about Crash Bandicoot and Spyro the dragon. I wanted to draw them a bit.
I also remembered that in theory, it's canon that Crash and Spyro meet each other, because in Skylanders they meet when their dimensional lines cross. Haha, I loved that even though Spyro is a hero in his universe, he came to admire Crash too much, for how brave and fearless he is, to the point of simp him too much.
I wanted to portray that idea with my style. How easy Spyro from Crash is canonically speaking.

An illustration from my upcoming novel, 1000 Words Unframed~
I already finished writing the first draft and I'm currently working on draft 2 plus key visuals. Hopefully I'll be able to release the fully illustrated novel before end of the year

Echoing Thunderdrum is the fiercest armor of the 108 Relics. Howl, stricken shield. Howl with the roar of thunder. Your revenging wave of light will tear off the hundreds.
"In the middle of a heavy drought, a thirsty Marshosaurus grabs a quick drink. Unfortunately, it is soon interrupted by an aggressive bull Apatosaurus who isn't going to taking the little carnivore's presence lightly." This was meant to be made a few days prior for the 'Morrison Formation Week', but this took longer than expected. As the awareness week ended May 31st, I tried finishing it for the 'International Dinosaur Day' on June 1st. Didn't finish on time lol. So at least it can be submitted for 'Jurassic June'. Due the the Apatosaur's robust body form, I kinda have a headcanon of it being quite the bruiser, with an attitude akin to Cape Buffalo. I like the idea of them being the bully of the sauropods at the time and wanted to display that here. I used Marshosaurus because not only is it a great size for this moment and composition, but it doesn't get enough love. A heard of Diplodocus are in the background moving around, as many times multiple species of animals can be seen together at watering holes in Africa during times of extreme drought.
