C.. Crisis ! How could you ? o.o

A little fanart of Among us XD You might have seen it since it has taken over many streams. It's a fun little game about bluff and deception, full of twist and very entertaining to watch It has some similarities with the werewolves against villagers game, with a space crew trying to figure out who the impostor among them are and to accomplish their mission while the impostors are sabotaging the place and try to kill them.

And of course the last panel is a parody from Death note and the "all according to Keikaku" stare XD

Plot twist : Crisis is actually not an impostor. she's being sinister about something small, like taking all the snacks in the break room. Bad noodle !

A Portrait of Battle Scars

Tyrannosaurus rex. An acrylic painting I did of Helushka, the battle scarred male Tyrannosaurus.

I wanted to try a looser version of my earlier Tyrannosaurus Gape: 2020 painting, with no stenciling of frisket film for the airbrush component of the painting. During the penciling stage, I saw the released renders of the upcoming Beats of the Mesozoic Tyrannosaurus figure. I quite liked the wattle like structures around the throat, so I decided to add it to my male Tyrannosaurus, in addition to the feather crest.

Besides the scars, he has a pair of porcupine-like quills from a Leptoceratops (which I will depict soon) and a young Edmontosaurus hand stuck in between Helushhkas teeth. I wanted to give his mouth a putrid feel. Imagine the stank in there.

Completed in September 2020.

Doodle inspirado en el hallazgo reciente de lo que parece ser una mandнbula fуsil de lobo terrible en el noreste de China, algo hasta ahora sin precedentes, ya que se pensaba que el lobo terrible evitaba los climas frнos y nunca habнa cruzado hasta Asia desde Amйrica del Norte. Йste hallazgo sugiere que en algun momento del Pleistoceno йstos enormes lobos habitaron Asia, y el estudio sugiere que quizб fue la competencia con las hienas, y no las bajas temperaturas, las que evitaron que prosperaran. En cambio en Amйrica, sin hienas que competieran con ellos por el mismo nicho, se convirtieron en los grandes carnнvoros mбs exitosos.


Drawn to the same carcass, a Siberian hyena (Crocuta ultima) and a dire wolf (Canis dirus) defy each other, neither willing to abandon an abundant food source during a harsh winter.
Doodle inspired by the recent find of what appears to be a fossilized jaw of a dire wolf in north-eastern China, something without precedent until now. It was believed that the dire wolf avoided cold weather and never crossed from North America into Asia. This find would suggest that at some point of the Pleistocene, dire wolves were indeed found in Asia, and the study suggests that perhaps it was competition with hyenas, rather than low temperatures, that kept them from thriving. Instead, in North America, where hyenas were seemingly absent, they became the most succesful large carnivores during the late Pleistocene.
