A stunning and unique part of New Zealand where the Tasman River (near Mt Cook / Aorangi) snakes across a delta then plunges into Lake Pukaki. The glacial fed Tasman milky in appearance and depositing massive amounts of shingle into the lake. In many many years time the entire lake will be no more with the Tasman completely filling it, but you and I won't be around to see that :-)

It took lots of planning, designing and preparing but in February 2024 finally the chiller and booster unit was hoisted onto the roof of the brewery. These industrial heat pumps are designed to work on natural refrigerants and waste heat will be provided to a third stage heat pump for heating the brewing processes

The Lom church is one of the largest stave churches in Norway still standing. An analysis of the timber in the oldest part of the church shows that it was probably built around 1160.
