Construction of San Sebastian Church on its present site began in 1732 and ended in 1790. It was constructed from rough-hewn, rectangular stone and has a six-storey octagonal bell tower which rests on a rectangular base and tapers gradually to the cupola on top.  The church suffered massive damage during the Second World War and underwent intensive renovation afterwards. It was constructed in the Romanesque tradition with a big circular dome, giant walls and columns, balconies, and arches. Standing proudly in front of the church is a bell tower, which, like the dome, is decorated with moldings. The Main Hall is surrounded by a series of arches. The carefully arranged pews form a sea of wooden linear pattern that lies underneath the chandeliers, illuminating the church. The aisle dividing the pews lead to the altar, bathing in the spotlight provided by the clerestory of the dome above. The ceiling — including the pendentives and intrados — is painted with images of saints.

Nuestra senora de la Soledad is a Roman Catholic Church located at Darasa in the town of Tanauan, Batangas. It was consecrated on March 25, 2009. The 4,000 sq. metre land, a parcel of Soledad Park, was donated by Danilo Dolor, a fervent devotee and local benefactor of numerous church projects.

This church was founded in 1946, a year after Lipa was ravaged by the Japanese forces during the Second World War. The Carmelites from Manila transferred to Lipa. Two years after the founding of the church, a miracle was reported on the church grounds with the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mediatrix of All Grace, appearing in front of a nun named Teresita. The apparition was declared by the Catholic Church as fraudulent and ordered everything related to the incident to be put away. Teresita left the monastery and the convent was sealed from the public. 42 years later, a new apparition occurred in 1990 with the Blessed Virgin supposedly requesting the statue that the Catholic Church previously ordered destroyed be displayed inside the chapel again. The request was granted by the convent and rose petals allegedly started raining from the sky a few days after.

The Electoral Palace (German: Kurf"urstliches Palais) in Trier, Germany, was the residence of the Archbishops and Electors of Trier from the 16th century until the late 18th century. It now houses various offices of the federal government and often hosts classical music concerts.
