Abandoned weir with the creek now flowing underneath the cement.  A large old metal pipe indicates water was extracted & went down a nearby canal.  There isn't much I could find regarding its history, however faded in the cement were three names and the year:  Willis Slavens, Gill Gessler 1960, L. Levison 1960

Molina La Rosa, Tres Arroyos, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. On May 15, 1892, a new flour mill was born on the banks of the Quequen River to take advantage of the driving force of water.

the Boom beach is located at Punta Apoosentillo surrounded by forest and with a sea so blue the Pacific Oceanis one of the most beautiful places i have seen.
