The Markt ("Market Square") of Bruges is located in the heart of the city and covers an area of about 1 hectare. Some historical highlights around the square include the 12th-century belfry and the West Flanders Provincial Court (originally the Waterhall, which in 1787 was demolished and replaced by a classicist building that from 1850 served as provincial court and after a fire in 1878 was rebuilt in a neo-Gothic style in 1887. In the center of the market stands the statue of Jan Breydel and Pieter de Coninck.In 1995 the market was completely renovated. Parking in the square was removed and the area became mostly traffic-free, thus being more celebration friendly. Lead-Silver-Zine mine discovered around 1875 and worked to the 1940s. This is one of several ore bins in the area, but it is the only one that used a cable track way to move the ore from the adit above to waiting narrow gauge rail cars below, which then took the ore to the mill to be processed.

I like the walking man in munich created by an  american artist named Jonathan Borofsky who even done the molecule man in Berlin. This is literally a giant piece of art which you can visit whenever you want to. Some people thing about what his shoesize would be. I think when you got these big feets you don`t have to wear shoes at all. Small humans will pop like a ballon when you step on them.
