We never knew the name of this small and cozy temple found on the way to reach Kharakhorum , after leaving Khujirit. Only peace awaiting the storm.

The monastery of Ongi represents the whole of the ruins of two monasteries that overlook the Ongi river in the province of Dundgovi in central-southern Mongolia. The Barlim monastery is located on the north bank of the river, while the Khutagt monastery is located on the south bank. It was one of the largest monasteries in Mongolia and was home to over a thousand monks. There were 17 temples on the northern side of the river and 11 on its southern bank, along with four Buddhist universities. Ongiin Khiid was a place of devotion and study until the complex was destroyed in the 1937 communist purges when over 200 lamas were killed.

From a spherical shot taken in Lombok on the sunset beaches of Gili Nanggu I recently integrated a 3D simulation that I called Tsupod: a fantasy based module designed to host and protect people from a tsunami risk. Just for fun and to show up a potential usage of combination between panoramic photography and 3D CGI.

View of Snow Lakes in the Rogue Umpqua Divide Wilderness, Oregon. This open area actually consists of two lakes that are temporarily connected when the water table is high. Here there were a lot of baby frogs & toads within the mud, as well as plenty of deer & elk tracks.
