The Chapel of the Madonna is located to the left of the central nave. Above the seventeenth-century altar you can admire a fourteenth-century panel representing the Madonna del Molino, co-patron of Barga, inserted in a 16th-century painting.

Saint Christopher church was built in different periods starting from the Xth century. On the bell tower door you can find the inscription taken from the opening speech of Antonio Mordini monument that summarises the spirit of the inhabitants that built the cathedral. The sound of the bells that can be heard in Castelvecchi, inspired Pascoli to write the famous poem "L'Ora di Barga".

The viewing platfrom at the base of the lighthouse, covered with timber planking, affords a wonderful view of Lake Peipsi and the landscape on the shore.Next to the lighthouse, traditional Tuletorni concerts take place every summer; Tuletorni concert is a two-day summer music event outdoors in great company and with lovely music.

La prima costruzione risale a prima dell'anno 1000, le modifiche successive hanno introdotto elementi architettonici e decorativi che vanno dal romanico al gotico. La costruzione della chiesa si conclude con la realizzazione delle due cappelle laterali e del coro.
