The Tip Top Mine is located south of Holland, Oregon.  Named for being near the top of an unnamed summit, this gold mine was in operation during the 1940s by the Denton brothers.  Inside are a few passages (& this large stope nearly 20 feet in height) including a winze that descends steeply.  The fallen remains of a milling plant lie outside nearby.  There was a shaft opening to this stope however it has been since sealed with sprayed polyurethane foam (which can be seen dripped on the bedrock).
