Since 2 days does not load properly. Cannot find any information about problems. On my mobile I am getting mails but not on my desktop or any other computer. This particular problem has arisen on my beloved Chromebook as, unfortunately, I can’t access my usual desktop PC, at the moment, to see if that has the same problem.

When I try on my computer, there are no problems. I have changed my login, thinking that may solve the problem – no good. Temporary fix , download the app for Outlook , worked for me , gives access at least. I’ve had problems since the change to Outlook – can’t log on at all today. Seriously thinking about giving up and switching to Gmail as I use this for work with no problem. There are no MICROSOFT phone support numbers for Hotmail.
I can get in via my Android phone. it just keeps saying “error”I really do need access on my main computer.Any information gratefully received . My mail opens automatically on my laptop, but I am unable to open any mail, or switch between the different mail tabs.

Hotmail, msn, outlook mails are all down. Login page is white screen for last 20 minutes. Has been happening for a couple of weeks now. Browser type does not seem to make any difference – I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
