Federal Law of 18.07.2011 № 235-FL, which amends the Tax Code, in part of improving taxation of profit organizations and charitable activity came into force.

Общество направило требование о вычете НДС, но ему было отказано. Причиной послужило решение инспекции о том, что на момент проведения выездной налоговой проверки предприятие, занимающееся поставкой товаров, былоликвидировано по решению его единственного учредителя.
