Transformers: Kindergarten Series Revealed |
A surprising new licensed product for the Transformers franchise just popped up on Weibo. Known as the Transformers: Kindergarten Series, this Chinese product line imagines our favorite Transformers characters as toddlers. We will get to see Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Elita-1, Windblade, Hotrod, Shattered Glass Optimus Prime, Beast Wars Megatron, and Nemesis Prime in a kindergarten-like setting. Figures are 8 to 10 centimeters in height. This new line is only available as a crowd-funded project. You can check out all the images, after the jump. Wait! Is Bumblebee an actual bee!?!

Hasbro Speaks About The Future Of Transformers And G.I. Joe Comic Book License |
Breaking the silence, Hasbro VP of Global Publishing, Michael Kelly spoke to Nerd Reactor on the new license for G.I. Joe and Transformers comic books. Mr. Kelly confirmed that IDW would indeed lose the rights by the end of 2022. However, he declined to divulge the name of the new license holder. Dr. Wu Sword Dancer (G1 Slamdance) Color Prototype & Variants Images |
Third Party company Dr. Wu, via their Weibo account, have uploaded images of the color prototype of their new Sword Dancer (G1 Slamdance) plus some new color variants. These are two new cassettes compatible with the Kingdom/Legacy Blaster mold. Both are based in the G1 cassettebots Grand Slam (DWE-08 Patriot Tank) and Raindance (DWE-07 Traveler Plane) and they can combine into a modern version of Slamdance (Sword Dander) which seems to be pretty poseable. Japanese store E-Hobby have updated their website with some new exclusive Transformers merchandising. This time they are offering official Transformers insignias & Masterpiece MPG Acrylic Logos. E-Hobby had previously released other acrylic stands with the Japanese G1 Transformers logo, the classic US Transformers logo, the Japanese Transformers 2010 and Beast Wars logos, and G1 Japan The Headmasters and Masterforce logos. Via JoeyBoy on Youtube we can share for you our first in-hand images of the Transformers Legacy Deluxe Dead End. Dead End is part of the upcoming Legacy Wave 3 Deluxe and hes the fourth new Stunticon update for the Legacy line following Motormaster, Dragstrip and Wild Rider. Dead End shows a G1 cartoon inspired robot mode with an alt mode pretty similar to his G1 toy incarnation (including a red yellow strip along the car).
