Релиз v139.0.4rc for Vista+.

r3dfox specific changes on top of the previous v139.0.3 build:

* Fixed coloring issues with links and accent colors.
* Fixed opening and closing find in page causing scroll bar to get funky
* Improved menu accuracy (removed 1px inaccuracy in sizing)
* Added new Eclipse purple color scheme (This is the most complex color scheme I've made for the browser)
* User agent overrides work better (now works for sites like gmx.com)
* User agent override added for gmx.com and mail.com
* OS_SLICE added to useragent overrides, so the user operating system is reported correctly when using a override.
* All user agent overrides are using more realistic useragents (Firefox 115 or Chrome 109)
* Option to enable/disable automatic cookie banner handling added to r3dfox settings
* Added the rest of the portable mode code (pmprt.mod now makes the browser run in no-remote mode as it should and completely disables set as default functionality) (Normal portable mode (pmundprt.mod) works the same as before)
