Charlotte McKinney had a fun filled fourth of July rocking the beach and enjoying the fair weather. She touched down in Malibu just last Friday and promptly made her way to her luxury condo situated by the beach. McKinney bought the Malibu beach front property in 2014 for a cool $855k. Not a bad price to pay for a home away from home! Charlotte was seen chatting up the locals and enjoying a cool smoothie by the downtown Lobster Shack. Famous for its sea food we wonder if she took the time to stop in for a bite to eat!
